So there is no finger counting (as in Laghu) . mishra chaapu is 1'st hit 3 letters(thakita) then of 2nd and third hit it's 2 letters each (Thaka and Dhina) But putting triputa thalam is as shown in this video (laghu + 2 dhruthas)
What is the reason to give 2 names to the same tala.. Chaturasra jathi triputa tala/ Adi tala??. Is it just one and the same with no difference.. Then why the 2 names?. Sir, Can you please explain this?

The third speed was very challenging
Keep practicing. Make sure you get really comfortable with 2nd kaala. Then try to increase the tempo. Try using metronome app

Technically it's triputa. But it's the first ever thaaLa to be learned.
