I'm pretty sure those people put all their eggs into the kingdom hearts basket. Other than kingdom hearts games they probably have at most 10 other games and they just train and practice a in KH games. That mostly why they are so good at this.
Honnestly my first try at her I was on Crit LV42, was expecting her to be a nightmare considering her reputation.... turn out she was one of the easiest and she didn't take me nearly as much try as some of the other. I honnestly don't know why people considere her so hard, for starter she is one of the most scripted Data most of the time she follow a very strict pattern, once you realise that she is actually easy to predict most of the time. Then almost all of her attacks can be guard compare to other Data she has very few move that can actually break the guard, and the few that can are easy to avoid, even her DM is pretty easy to deal with compare to other like Vanitas, Saix, Master Xehanort or Dark Riku. Really for me this is a fight where you just have to patiently guard everything and wait for the opening, if you play that way she is really not that hard.
6:16 Actually for this attack you don't even need to time the Dodge Roll just spam Dodge Roll while going on the left or right and you will get through all of it work 100% for me XD
Thank you so much for your continued help with these fights. I found an exploit to blast through Xion's first DM. Have Ultima formchange on deck. When you reprise her fifth ground pound (with oathkeeper or oblivion non-formchange), mash as hard as you can to switch to Ultima while doing a few attacks. If you do this right, you can do 2 full combos and immediately get her out of her DM. If you mess up and you don't switch immediately, you can do 1 full combo, then 3 attacks, then immediately hit finish and you will still knock her out of her DM. Helped me out a lot cause man her second DM was absolute cancer to learn and I did not wanna have to deal with her first DM.
You can also do a full shotlock with Oblivion/Oathkeeper while she's charging, and then do a reprisal on the fifth slam, and you should be able to break her out of the armor in the middle of the combo if I remember correctly.
Struggled really hard on this fight. I switched to Xehanort, and beat him very easily. Thanks for the guide. Looking forward to trying it out later today on Twitch!

The way I got through that fight was glide and counterattack. Just keep hitting O to correct midair and then immediately hit X to counterattack. And during his DM either spam dodge roll or block. Block projectiles and lasers and counterattack. That's how I beat him. I'm struggling with Xion, though. 😭😭😭
Risk Dodge, you guard and some enemies break your guard and you press O on PlayStation or B on Xbox and you get close to them or counter attack them, giving you openings

I discovered a way to block everything she does it seems to work in every battle to it makes u do everything fast even dodge roll is fast keep pressingx o triangle square all together repeatedly and dont stop usually everything misses even the beams simba helped me beat xemnas omg he was annoying but in dark room do as I mentioned sora usually blocks everything and even the laser shield is nothing hits u and with xion shes very weak to electric the flying horse works great 4 it

well not everyone enjoy challanging stuff so its ok. for me i feel like i achieved something when overcoming a tough fight. because when there is a challange, that challenge will haunt me in my sleep. There is a difference between a challange and BS. if you don’t like a challange go make new save file and activate the easy pass or the premium menu by choosing the easy path in the beginning of the game and activate one hit kill to beat the game in like a couple of hours and then retry the fight.
I've literally had this playing as I fight her and I still cant do it. This is the only data fight I just cant do, I've gotten to the desperation move once and ofcourse I just cant get the counter attacks off at all. I'm thinking 12 out of 13 is fucking good enough and I'm done with this game
queenaldra i went back to my standard save with ultima weapon on it, went up to level 99, upgraded my strength and defense stats a bunch, made remind a cakewalk and skipped all the cutscenes, and still had some trouble with the data battles. Just if you wanna cheese it get a kupo coin and use the simba link every time you’re about to die.

Critical counter, when you counter on the exact right moment, your counter move will be stronger. Only available in critical mode
Obviously Xion is hard, but I’m convinced that everyone who says she’s one of the hardest doesn’t play on critical.

the lights always come out in a pattern, memorize the pattern rhythm like some beats and you’ll block them with no problem.
I just beat her tonight on critical. She's not impossible
What about going to level 99, upgrading your stats, kupo coin and using simba
