I'm a home staging student in Atlanta..So I watch to see the staging options..I remember back in the early seventies when John Weiland homes came on the scene. It was considered prestigious to purchase, that meant that you had arrived..John Weiland transformed Metro Atlanta with luxury award winning homes....Love how you say, prepping kitchen instead of the Butlers Pantry. .The wine nook, the black hardware on the doors, ample space between homes..Just a few unique features I noticed..

Like the community of Fidler’s Glen. The patio outside is very nice. I like the covered porches as well. The Wieland homes seem to be well built. This model has many good features. I really like the community seems to be very peaceful. Lovely home 🏠 and design. Thanks for always sharing the community. 😊
