Inside, the house features a ladder-like staircase that not only links the dining and kitchen areas on the second floor to the private rooms on the third floor but also serves as a light well, bringing natural light into the interior. Despite the tight space and local building regulations, the architects successfully optimized the floor area using a lightweight steel frame and fireproof materials.
