Bravo as usual! This video is magnificent, we can almost smell the humidity of the moss. Furthermore, I adore your Jeep, it is the model of which you very well made a success, it is always a pleasure to see it running. Thank you for the drive.
Hi Matteo, Another great video. Not only does the truck look awesome and the scenery is so beautiful. I'm so mesmerized that makes me wish I was there. That video does take me to another place. Thank you for all the videos that you post as if I'm in another place. Mahalo, Matteo.
oh, look at you weaving the camera in and out of the trees showing off :) It really is about time you made a tutorial on how you get these shots. And what a beautiful forest. My CR-01 that you made me buy is not so custom, but I love it!
Wow! Wahnsinn Matteo! Du hast selbst übertroffen! I liebe deine Videos! Die sind jedes mal einfach nur top!Ich mag deinen CR-01 sehr! Aber Jeeps gefallen mir sowieso sehr gut! Daumen hoch!
Nice model and video again, Matteo! I don't know why, but for me the Tamiya's models looks always somehow expensive and more detailed than any other RC car producer. The axles and suspension from CR-01 looks marvelous, I love the giant coil springs... :-)
Another beautifully shot video. Great car and lovely location. Must do a bit more filming myself as the weather is getting better here in the UK. Can't match your films but it's fun to have a go :-)
Fantastic as usual. My special needs son and me really love your videos. Already Tamiya fans because you. Already bough our first one (Lunchbox...arriving today from Japan...Yay!) and later looking for a Beetle and then a Subaru.. aggh..it is addictive!...Would you consider someday make a video about the equipment and tips to make our own videos maybe?...Me and my son use to make home music videos, so, when I watch your always wondering what kind of equipment, how many people on the field while shooting, what kind of camera stabilizer, software editor.....Hope someday you can show us at least a little bit...Thank you! True fans since last March from the States!
saby7 Thank you very much for your nice words, I'm glad you and your son like my videos! And it's great you have fun with RC's now! I do everything alone, driving and filming at the same time. I got the camera on a stick (no stabilizer) hold it down and walk beside the car while I filming. I use a GoPro and a Sony HDR CX-730. For editing I use Final Cut Pro from Apple. So, after you are finished your lunch box you should try to film it, it's not so difficult as it looks, and the most important thing is to have fun with our hobby!
***** Thank you for replying. We already assembled the Lunchbox chassis, right now working on a custom paint and will definitely do a movie and share...Thank you for the tips. Have a great day Matteo. We still checking your channel for all new and old stuff. You are kinda our hero :)
Herrlich entspannend. :-D
+Herr LaRock (DerHerrLaRock) Vielen Dank! Solch schöne Kommentare liest man gerne!
Night Hawk Thank you! These are from Proline, the same buckets from the light bar on the roof. www.prolineracing.com/performance-parts/performance-off-road-crawler/desert-truck-light-bar-kit/
Hey Matteo, what size of shock do you use on your CC-01? I want to upgrade my shocks, I think the factory tamiya ones are 70mm I was thinking of 85mm. What do you think?
I just bought a CR-01 from watching your beautiful videos. I took mine out for one session of rock crawling and my shocks are leaking very badly! Did this happen to you? I made sure I assembled it according to the instructions.
Super ride! Do you have a list of all the mods you have done? Also, as a side note, what type of camera are you using? All your work, both rc's and film making, are phenomenal! Awesome as always!
Ogre Supreme Thank you, all the parts are from GPM Racing, in this old video you can see something about the mods: th-cam.com/video/rLjXy_9BtWYI/w-d-xo.html use a GoPro and a Sony HDR CX-730
Having problems to find hop up parts at my local hobby store in Canada, I've try 5 different places they says they can't supply the parts I want. Seems the parts support here is not as good as in other regions. This is my first Tamiya I really like it but lack of parts availability is breaking the fun factor. I have no trouble finding parts for Kyosho, Losi, HPI, Vaterra, Team Durango, Max Speed Technology, AE, Serpent, Muggen so on and on. But I really like my CR01.
clou1969 I can't believe that, Canada is not at the end of the world, do you try to find it on the web? Of course you can order it online. For example here you can order all the parts: www.tamiya-shop.ca/shop/tamiya-cr01-spare-parts-c-302_1020.html
Tamiya support in America USA & Canada is at a minimal support. Local Hobby Store don't carry parts on the shelves. I'm just coming back from a business trip to USA, North, South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky and could not find any single parts from LHS for the CR01. I even try to contact The Official Tamiya Canada site 3 times and haven't had any return. I will try to find the parts I need in Asian online retailler when the parts I need will b all available. So strange that I can find parts for any brand excepting Tamiya. But the CR01 is a great truck. Oh the only parts that I can order from my LHS are the barrel springs (short). But this truck ROCKS very good quality product however. Thanks for your help Matteo your videos are awsome.
***** I just had a reply from the Canadian FaceBook Official Tamiya Site (after around 2 weeks after I send them a mail) they referered me to 2 hobby shop within 150 km from where I live and they don't have the parts you referred me. So I ordered directly from Japan. No wonder why Tamiya not popular in North America. Tame shall starting to work on their supply chain. But geez I like this CR-01! I don't regret buying this kit was amazing built to do! Just need my hop hops ASAP now. :D
@@Matteomeier It's beautiful. I was considering a CR-01 build, but the parts are just not around for them anymore. Bit of a shame, they're cool trucks.

Hi Matteo, that's a very good looking CR-01! Is that body made for a CR-01 or did you make it fit? What brand is it? Grtz
Thanks! Yes, it's the Jeep Wrangler body from Tamiya (hardplastic) and modified by my self.
