Typically this particular law is used when the gun is used in another crime. So, you lie to get a gun, then use that gun in a robbery. Also, a first offense would not yield jail time. A bonded defendant can stay out to appeal the decision. Hunter hasn't been sentenced, yet. After that, he has 30 days to appeal, but juries are almost impossible to overturn.

I know a guy that's on prescription drugs. He takes drugs to wake up to in the morning , and drugs to keep himself even during the day , and then drugs to go to sleep in the night. Then he bought himself a gun. He's now taking legal drugs, and has a legal gun. He is now a legal drug addict, with a gun and he's styling now , as an American. This is not a rare incident. It's peculiar that doctors were handing out oxygen and fentanyl like candy in the late 90s early 2000s, then the government leans on doctors to cut back after street fentanyl increased heroins value. Heroin was a dead drug till fent, and it was our people that developed it.

I know a guy that's on prescription drugs.
He takes drugs to wake up to in the morning , and drugs to keep himself even during the day , and then drugs to go to sleep in the night.
Then he bought himself a gun.
He's now taking legal drugs, and has a legal gun.
He is now a legal drug addict, with a gun and he's styling now , as an American.
This is not a rare incident. It goes on all the time. You don't even have to be diagnosed as a nut job.
So what?!? As long as he is not a danger to himself or others.
In 2018 Chris Watts who neither took drugs or owned a gun strangled his pregnant wife to death and smothered his two little girls to death.
No negative background history at all!

For a time, what doctors were handing out was better than the street, till fentanyl upped heroins stock. It's peculiar that doctors were handing out oxygen and fentanyl like candy in the late 90s early 2000s, then the government leans on doctors to cut back after street fentanyl increased heroins value. Heroin was a dead drug till fent, and it was our people that developed it.

There was absolutely nothing there, except Roberts is definitely on the Left. Shameful that ABC would play a recording to make it appear something a Justice stated was controversial. If someone recorded the Left justices, I guarantee it would not air unless the person who recorded it was getting arrested for doing so.
