- Checking out Tarisland's CBT that just started recently! It's very much like World of Warcraft, as I've heard it's pretty much inspired by it.

Whats a different about bard and priest for healer class

I havent played WoW in 10-12 years, but when I did, i found healing was my thing. A bard or a priest could be fun in this game perhaps
which healer is better in this game ? I mean Priest and Bard :D
Wasn't able to try the priest extensively, but I did look at the skills/builds. Bard seems more complicated both in dps or healer spec, as you have to memorize the note combinations/effects. They're not that complicated tbh, but the priest kit seemed more straightforward than the bard's. Bard needs to play different note combinations for different effects. Again, not too hard to remember, but still more effort than the priest imho.

so for support bard is there any damage skill or straight up support only? Asking beaus if i play support i prefer prue support no hybrid etc. Im looking at bard because its male class for once. Idk why some mmropgs make them females...
It's been a while so my memory might be a bit hazy. But you have like one or two basic damage skills iirc. And based on my experience/level/gear in this video, I barely had time to actually dps the boss as the damage instances occured often. Not too much incoming damage, the hits (even on the tank) were manageable, just occured often. Maybe it was our level/gear, not sure. But I was pretty busy healing and doing fight mechanics. Also, again, iirc, I, as a bard, had a stackable buff on the tank that I had to monitor every now and then so it won't fall off, so that's anotjer thing that kept me busy
@@ElectricDreamsChannel cool hope this class will be a high skill ceiling class meaning rather ur dps or support you gotta be skilled. Never was a fan of simple dps or easy to pull off supports
@@wc7954 almost forgot, the support bard, just like its dps spec, has a combo point system. Sorta like the rogue in WoW, you build up points then spend it on bigger spells. The points (or notes in case of the bard), had different colors. Spending them have different effects depending on the color combination. If my memory is right, the support spec had a simpler combo point system than its dps counterpart
@@ElectricDreamsChannel Never played wow B4. But I remember one game with barb class where you had to keep up with certain music notes/tempos and if u messed up once you lose good buffs and dps, and had to remember certain notes that's adds more combos buffs etc. Also you could easily get interpreted too would mess up too.
