Good decision, these young horses must be ridden a lot, you are very busy with life,he is a nice gentle boy but young and green. So many horses need homes and you guys find them homes which is a real blessing for the horse. I hope you continue on the rescue horse path.
Glad he's got a new home. You'll never have a horse as beautiful as Gold. He's very special. I wish him the best.
I cannot image how hard it was for you to sell Gold 66. It does show me at least, that you understand what Gold 66 needed and it not just being loved and well cared for but to live out his life working as a roping horse Nd being a great horse for a family with girls that will love and pamper him.
Thanks for sharing and he is a stunning boy!
❤❤
Initially he’s like a dog with the zoomies! Derek though was undeterred, thankfully! He is a lovely rider and appears to be quite calm and patient. Behind your bright smile and laughter, though, I can sense your pain of separating from Gold 66, as he has added such lustre to your farm and breeding program. But you also want him to reach his full potential, and so have realized you cannot devote the time and energy needed to send him down this road when your life is already so busy. But you can nevertheless shed a little tear, knowing he will be looking at the world from pastures other than your own. Thanks for including us on this emotional journey (that little cowgirl is adorable!).
Absolutely, " Gold 66" to a Wonderful LIFE ❤
Sad that we won't see Gold 66 on the farm, but totally understand. He is so beautiful and has a lot of potential. The young man will utilize him as he should be and perhaps we'll see him in a rodeo someday as a rope horse.
I'll be sad to see Gold 66 leave. He's such a beautiful horse.
I get it....I understand.....so why are tears running down my cheeks?. 😪❤
Congrats to Gold 66 and new family. He now has a job, and he will get lots of love. Looking forward to seeing future videos of him performing in competitions.
I don't care for the way he handled the boy. This is a young horse, still green, and he was trying to work him like a seasoned guy. Sorry to see him go Alan I'm sure it was a difficult decision. 😊
Too heavy handed. Sometimes I wonder how thoroughly potential owners are vetted. I had a few dog litters that I placed over the years and I had a questionnaire for placement and asked for references. Whether it's Gold 66 or a rescue they have value. Especially the rescues if sold to the wrong home could end up in a bad situation.

we want to continue to watch this Beautiful Family ❤
😢 first Blue Mickey now Gold 66😢
The music was too loud and distracting. I hope they are kind to this lovely horse.
So sad to see Gold 66 leave the farm. He was the most beautiful of all your horses in my opinion. Glad to see he's going to a good home though.
Gold 66 is absolutely gorgeous, ❤️his coloring!
This is going to be an awesome change for Gold 66. A whole family to ride him and further his training. 💛 Happy trails Gold 66 - new adventures await you!💛
Happy life Gold 66. He has always been a favorite of mine. Such a sweet little head. Looks like a good family for him.
Sad to see Gold 66 go but I know he will make a super working gelding and sitting around would be a waste of a very good horse. I was a bit apprehensive seeing the lunging... not on Gold 66's part. The little girl was adorable.
Hopefully Gold 66 will be happy in his new home. He's beautiful horse.
Gold 66 is a beautiful, handsome horse! Wish him nothing but the best! He'll be a winner for sure!!!!!
Alan I am so sorry that Golds time was up and he was going to a new home for an enriching life. Just sorry for your heart but happy for Gold66…i think you did right by him but I know you will miss him as he was a big proud, part of your life. Good luck with it all. Have a good day to the family.
This makes me sad. So sorry to see him go.
Gold 66 was bred to be an athlete. He will now be utilized to fulfill his destiny. But, I still have a lump in my throat. He was my fav. Looking forward to seeing his progress in new home.
New sub here; could you please do more videos on the sweet cows? I love cows, sweet gentle & smarter than people give them credit for. I like when they run/jump out in pasture.
I hope he is good to that beautiful palomino… I’m kinda sad and worried for him.
Glad to see some go so you can help the others.good choice
Hope this guy reads the comments and eases up on the poor horse.
I concur, he was more into showing HIS stuff than bothering to get to know Gold a bit before he started whirling a short rope so close to him, Alan's brother didn't treat him like that.
I always hit the Like button when I watch one of your videos.
You’re awesome
Such a beautiful horse. Glad he will have a new family to work with him
While I am sad to se him go, it's good that he's going to a good home where he can reach his full potential! 💖💖💖
Wish him the best ❤❤
Y’all need to do what needs to be done but still 😢😢😢😢😢😢. Tfs ❤😊
There won't be many horses left to watch. The best have gone now
Still sad and concerned about Charlotte
The fun horses are gone🥺 I subscribed for the horses but Good luck in your future endeavors 🙏🏻
Alan you said right when Blake left on his mission you were going to trim down on horses. It seems this has been quite the challenge for you. I wish you guys the best. I think you guys made a good decision regarding Gold 66.
H ow wonderful for them to all be together. Great fit. Good bye gold 66
😢 The look Gold gave you, walking around him with your camera...
Gold 66 will be so happy. Je will be working and have a nice family to love him.
Perfect decision, Congratulations Gold 66❤
the music is too loud cant hear you talk
Geez...I think he was alittle to aggressive with poor 66..I felt sorry for him.
🤔
Maybe hard…but better to do when you are physically and mentally able to choose wisely where they go.
🐎looks like a nice family little girl didn’t jerk the lead rope
Where are the three baby goats, would like to see them.
I thought he was rough with 66!
I am so sad to see him go!
Allen, I hope you got a pile of $ for him. He is handsome and chromed up. Seems like he has a great disposition. Derek may have a hard time keeping him because people may want to buy him. Best wishes, Gold 66. Go get em
It appears Gold 66 doesn't like that man much. He wasn't acting that way at the place you sent him for training. VERY sad to see him go, but at least he will be sort of near by where you can check on him if ya want to. Lady and Charlotte aren't that lucky. Still say the trailering that distance and the climate in Michigan isn't going to do poor Lady any favors either. Don't know what to say about Charlotte....just pray she gets cared for properly. I think most of us thought you were going to keep Gold 66 for Blake. Was he consulted at all on the sale of Gold 66? Just wondering.
Too rough on a green horse and he looks a bit big for Gold 66. Hope everything works out for Gold 66.
Bye Gold 66! Your one awesome looking horse and will do well in your new home! 😊
A rough treatment for introduction to new family. Hopefully you know how his future treatment will be handled. ❤ 2 All Gods creatures.
Excellent fit Alan. I know it's hard but we can't keep them all.
Gold 66 is a beautiful horse. Will miss not see him. Good decision, happy to see him going to a nice family.
Gold 66 is a fine horse. Do you have plans to keep 66 as a stud and did you decide to sell Gold 66 before or after you gilded him? I am looking forward to seeing 66's babies but as far as eye candy the Palomino is my favorite. Good luck at what ever direction you take. Its a business and something you love. It don't get no better than that.
Congratulations on finding a perfect match for Gold 66. How's Rawhide like being back on the farm?
Such a beautiful horse..I hope new owner will be patient. So sad to see him go. But totally understand the situation. Gold 66 will probably love having job.
What your selling him can't believe that. He was yourpride and joy
Good decision ... When you have so many horses to take care of and no help, it takes all the fun out of it, especially with the summer heat. Enjoy your family and your animals!
I just don't get why you sold your stallion. Don't you have grade rescues you can sell instead? I thought you wanted him for your breeding program.
It will be great if Gold 66 has a new home where he can be useful and happy.
How did the other palomino that you bought at the same time turn out? He was sold to Painted Desert Ranch as I recall. I think for resale. And while we are tripping along memory lane how about the ones that went to Florida.
I didn't like the way he was handling 66. I would have stopped the sale right then and there!!! I don't think he would hesitate to be overly heavy-handed either.
Wish it was me I love ❤️ palamino
I think you found a good match for Gold 66.
Are you still planning on selling Nugget66? I know you’ve mentioned before, and I think this is a good decision on your end. And I know you take the initiative to ensure the horses you sell go to good homes. ❤
I hope this horse is not being sold to the Amish too. Sending to Amish is the same as sending to slaughter house.
Gold 66 is beautiful! He's going to a new home where he will be ridden. Good decision Alan. Sad to see him go though.
Where are the little goats?
The girls got a Barbie pony!
Did Gold 66 ever have any foals?
