Regarding turntable for Gemini... I bought a 12 inch lazy Susan/Amazon for my Big Shot Express...works great for my crafting area. I think it was a set of two. Love the heart cards.
And just like that, 2 gorgeous cards. The tip of stacking underneath the shadow layer is really genius. Makes for a cleaner finish. (in case the recipient of the card checks out what's underneath the shadow layer 😄) Love your work, thanks for the share! Look forward to your next card sesh 👉

I thought you didn't need to spray for the stamping foam, so I looked. Simon actually did a video about a year ago, and you don't have to spray it with water. It gives a little lighter print, but also clearer in my opinion. I recently saw a couple of animal funny videos on facebook that reminded me of you. Animals jumping, running, and rolling having fun, and every clip the narrator would "boop!.
I love the layering under the shadow layer because sometimes you can see a piece of foam tape through the shadow layer. I also love the stripe pattern very cool.
Love your creativity and your videos. And your “boops” are just the icing on the cake.

Lol, I gotta share this story with you. I sometimes have crafty things delivered to my co worker's house to avoid the hubs getting too worked up about my purchases...heh heh heh. Anyway, I had ordered some of the regular stamping foam, and my friend brought it in to work. We happen to have heat guns where we work, so I was testing it out. I was in the process of getting an impression from the seat of my chair when one of the young engineers walked in. He looked at me and asked me if I was ok...OK...I explained to him what I was doing, and he just rolled his eyes and said he didn't get it. Next time I get into my craft room, I am going to stamp one of the impressions I took and send him a photo. I just thought it was too funny! 😂😂😂 Great card, BTW!

Pretty! You need rubber feet under your magnetic board to keep it still while you’re using it. You can buy them in dollar stores or on Amazon. 😊❤️🇨🇦

I would give the white one to an adult female and the pink one to a teenage girl. Both lovely.

Hello from Florida Cathy! Im visiting my parents and catching the replay. Loved the idea on cutting the extra word die to glue under the vellum for height instead of trying to hide the foam tape. You have some smart watchers! The card is great al they always are!!!!!
Kathy I think both of your cards are gorgeous. I have two turntables. One for my Gemini and another for when I color.
I love the stamped hearts. The one with the offset extra printed lines is my favorite. I am always asking you to use purple, but I really love this pink as well. That peony color really is gorgeous.
#2 . I think if you put in on SSS grey card stock - that would have changed it up perfectly. Still great though and would def- make someones day!!

Dear Cathy, seeing the replay ❤️ very lovely cards! Using teflon bonefolders since over 20 years, I would suggest for the score board either the other side of the bonefolder as that side is smaller, or get the even smaller one as that has a smaller tip as well. Anyway thank you for sharing, trying out tipps! 🌻❤️🌻

I liked the second card. The black "you" was a little too much contrast,but overall, it was my favorite.
I use the ruler from the Make Art Station to put my cardstock against so it’s straight
Love the Score Buddy stripes. Hum, I wonder if you used a white background instead of the pink. I like the pink, however, it is more over
powering than the white one. I too love the idea to make a few more word die sets and attach them to the back. Foam tape and I sometimes have issues and it usually wins!! Also, love the "bleep" sound. Sometimes our inner voices slip over to our outer voice!?!? Great video.

This was so fun. Everything makes sense in the tips, but what is the rubber band on the glue for? Someone tell me it's purpose. I do want to say Cathy if you use that very fine mister that Simon uses it will give you less water pooling ink. It looks like something you just inked and stamped.

Thank you for sharing your creative process so simply and openly, you make this art approachable and less intimidating. Actually the 'learning by doing' process is very satisfying.
I would be pleased to see you picking up a card you did in the past (years ago) and rethink, improve or modernize it. That could be very helpful to learn how to level up. It is not always easy to figure out what does not fully work in your own card, it can be subtle.
I also wonder if it would not be an idea to do a challenge video in which you are 'obliged' to use something you like less in your supplies (like a really old die, stamp or paper) or even let a family member pick a few items randomly and you have to make something as decent as possible from these. I am sure that it would be very learning, in a joyful and funny way.
I love ALL these ideas! I bet my hubby would love to pick something out for the latter idea!

Hi Cathy I dont know if I should have done this but I did watch you use the Elegant Flowers from waffle flower I have no idea how to line these up. On each piece there is a solid flower piece still in there. I dont know what to do with that either..help please

Well, not all women like a man with high testosterone, but there are a lot of advantages.
