It did not help that most of his viewers did grow out of his content...but to me it was quality rather than the kids growing up because even if his original viewers gets older and starts liking new things as long as the quality is there newer generations will also find it entertaining

Honestly, this is pretty sad. Now David is walking down a similar path to Wolfie's. He Snap-chatted with other girls behind his girlfriend's back, which ultimately ended up in a breakup back in October. After finding out about the news of the break-up and what David did, my respect for him just dropped.

I remember watching Davidparody in the 300k days, and everytime He hit a milestone, it felt amazing like we were there with him, and his squad with Wolfie and Alboe was great, just nice entertainment every week, however they kinda fell down, and it’s sad what happened to the group

I liked wolfie but it was VERY clear that the girl was a child considering she was still in highschool, lived with/relied completely on her parents, etc. you could tell her age just by the way she spoke plus she looked like a teen.

I dropped watching him early 2017. I feel really sad hearimg this since I didn't know anything about him since then. I wish him the best. He was geniunely trying his best to make great content back in the day and I always admired the way he always got absurd amounts of likes in every video.
Honestly wolfie going to the LA clout house was the start of the end of his career it’s just not the same energy that wolfie had with his videos that other youtubers don’t have dad to see his channel die 😔

Being from the same hometown as Wolfie, I was happy to see him succeed even though I did not like his content. Everyone wants to leave Ottawa when they "make it" and it's interesting that that's what started his downfall

This is what happens to a lot of people mainly younger people like 16-28 thinking clout is everything. It doesn’t matter if that continues or not basically thinking of the now instead of the future. People always give me shit for thinking about so far into the future but it’s because I would rather be ready for anything then be surprised.
It always blows my mind when I watch videos like this. Me and my group of friends have never once heard of this dude, or any of his crew/friends but he had millions of subs and was apparently super popular. Just shows how much stuff is really going on, on YT, kinda behind the scenes, but also with millions in the wide open. Such a great platform in the bare jist of it. Anyone know what age his audience averaged? We're all 26+ in my group, so that could also be why we completely missed this wave. Would have been 20-21 when he was "carrying youtube in 2016" like other comments say

Whenever wolfie jad and David upload I still watch their vids. I feel like David lost his passion and doesn’t enjoy TH-cam as much that’s why he doesn’t want to upload. Their vids still feel the same to me but I wish they still had that really strong fan base I feel like that would give team alboe motivation to upload more altogether.

He just stopped posting on his main channel fr. Also his videos declined when he moved to LA. But when he went back home his content picked back up but the views didn’t. But ultimately his lack of consistent uploading on his main channel ultimately killed his momentum. Yeah when we were younger we enjoyed his content but I don’t growing was the problem. It was just lack of consistency.
