Under no circumstances investigation should be done by retired Judge. Because in this case Retired Judge represents BLACK COATED PROFESIONALS. Judges are selected by lawyers. So naturally because of "PROFESSIONALS BROOTHERHOOD " KHAKI VARDI will not get JUSTICE. It is against natural justice. Morale of KHAKI VARDI will come down. Or case about investigation should be handed over to MARTIAL COURT. LIER LAWYERS are responsible for converting "TEMPLE OF JUSTICE" (Court) into NAUTANKI PLACE is the REALITY and DELAY in JUSTICE. LAWYERS mindset is that they are above the law. 2. This Mindset of lawyers is experienced by "VICTIMS OF CHEATER LAWER" in BAR COUNCILS, In BAR COUNCIL "victims of cheating by lawyer" is treated as BEGGER and 'CHEATER LAWER' is treated as 'SON IN LAW'. So All BARCOUNCILS should be DISSOLVED in the same manner as MEDICAL COUNCIL was dissolved. India needs JUDICIAL REFORM urgently.
