As a former smoker, I have to agree with Jane and Carol. At the end of the day, it’s just a habit and it is mind over matter. Nobody makes you pick up a packet of cigarettes. These are the things I had to learn and that’s why my final quit attempt was successful, I stopped because I wanted to and it was also a lot more easier. Once you have it in your mind to stop and it’s really what you want, you can achieve.
