6/27/24 First Dragon Fruit Harvest of the Season! Robles Red Variety - Sweet & Tart Perfection

Today I harvested the very first dragon fruit of the season! It's a beautiful Robles Red variety, and I'm thrilled with the results. The fruit is a great size and tastes absolutely amazing, perfectly sweet and tart with a wonderful balance.
