Overkill have been on a roll with the last few albums. Bobby Blitz is the greatest frontman in all of thrash. I became a huge fan when TAKING OVER was first released and I've loved this band ever since! Bobby Gustafson leaving sucked, but Blitz and DD obviously handled it just fine and they're still here and better than ever! ALL HAIL THE WRECKING CREW THAT IS THE MIGHTY OVERKILL!
+James K. I agree. Last 3 albums have been top notch. I got introduced to Overkill when "Taking Over" was released... and while I liked the band... it wasn't until "The Years of Decay" that I started loving the band. Yea, Bobby G. leaving was worrisome, but Blitz & DD rolled with picking up some damn good guitarists since then. I'm personally partial to Linsk & Tailer and feel the line-up they have now is my vote for "the best". I just feel they all put 105% into the songs and enjoy what they're doing.

OVERKILL is the constant. They have kept themselves alive all this time and there music has only gotten heavier and meatier. Especially after "Blitz" had throat cancer. Mad Props to him and that Band. They have always been in my top ten since the 1980's. Them and Flotsam & Jetsam.
‘Pig‘, is where things really start to get interesting. I know a lot of people have a hard time getting to grips with the vocals and if you weren’t a fan of Blitz before, this track is not going to change your mind. This must count as one of the most intense tracks the band have ever recorded, especially on the vocal front. It’s a real white knuckle ride, with Blitz spitting out the lyrics like venom laced bullets as the drums relentlessly drive home the assault. Just when you think things can’t get any better, the song ends on an absolutely monstrous riff, which will leave Gary Holt scratching his head wondering why he never thought of it first. It’s also punctuated with a cool explosion effect in time with the beat, adding to the sheer heaviness.-GEORGE NISBET
Roberto Reyes Blitz's style of singing, along with the beat, is like someone smashing there fist in your face repeatedly. And it never felt so good.
I dont know who people expect when they listen to a band named Overkill, but Blitz is the greatest frontman in metal!

The "got you on the video" makes me think it could be police or journalists; it could be war pigs, too. I hoestly can't tell, except Blitz is pissed lol. Maybe it's people filming cops all the time, idk. Hanging bodies from the popular poll and all that.
According to Genius, this song's inspiration came from both Bobby Blitz watching a documentary on the Tate family murders and reading the book, "Animal Farm."

Sorry you feel that way. It's top 5 Overkill for me but we all have our own personal tastes. What's near the bottom of Overkill for me is near tops for many others.
