    you said max. battery capacity usable is 80 percent. to overcome it you are multiplying it with 1.2 right? now find the 80% of multiplied value, you will get 96 which is less then we required.
    solution: you must have to multiply with 1.25 to overcome 80%.

      No, 1.2 is correct, let me explain you.
      We need 750W if we consider 80% we will use means a 20% loss.
      So 750*0.2 =150
      So we need 150 extra so 750+150=900 W

      @@nitin4171 if there is loss of 20%, then the figure of 750W should be divided by 80% to arrive at 100% value which is 937.5

      1.25 is correct. If a battery has 80% efficiency and we need 750w after the loss in power, we need to find a battery wattage whose 80% = 750w.
      80% of X = 750w
      0.8 × X = 750w
      X = 750w / 0.8
      X = 937.5 w
      937.5 w / 750 w = 1.25
      750w × 1.25 = 937.5

      Motor ki Amp rating aur battery ki AH rating alag alag hain. Ek 30ah ya 40ah ya 60ah ki battery se ek 750w ki motor 15/16 amp hi draw karegi. Ah ka matlab hai, ek hour main kitna ampere de sakte hai. Ek 60 ah ki battery agar 15amp ki motor chalati hai to 4 hours take chala saito hai.
      Motor ko over volting se damage ho sakta hai. Aur low voltage main over current draw se damage ho sakte hai.

      Voltage will be constant according to the battery max voltage while the current must be constant according to the cell C rating. Higher rate of charging current will heat up the cells and damage the battery pack.

    मेरे पास oreva e स्कूटर है 250 watt मोटर, जिसमे 48v24ah laidacid बैटरी है।
    मै 48v30ah lifo बैटरी डालना चाहता हु, कोई प्रॉब्लम तो नही होगी, 48v40ah lifo बैटरी भी डाल सकता हु क्या, कंपनी बुकलेट में 48v24ah बैटरी ही डालने लिखा है।

    sir aur to sari baat apki thk h, magar ek baat samajh nahi aai agar aap range badhane ke liye ampere badhaoge to voh motor ki jo power hai 750 watt usse double ho jayegi to motor damage nahi ho jayega kya. For example 48v * 40ah =1920 Wh

    सर जी 60ah की एसिड बैट्री का वजन ज्यादा हो जाता है 60ah की लेथीनीयम कितने मे तैयार होगी ओर सेल व bms केसे हमे मिलेगे मेने एक चालू पेट्रोल गाड़ी तोड कर 750w मे बनाई जो बैट्री की वजह से फेल हो गई

    Sir iam using versatile ve 45 250 watts motor and controller 36volts 14 ah batteries (3) can i fix 20 ah batteries please inform me some one says motor or controller burns

    सर आपने बैटरी की एफिशिएंसी के बारे में तो बता दिया लेकिन आपने मोटर की एफिशिएंसी के बारे में नहीं बताया मोटर की एफिशिएंसी को कैलकुलेट करना भी जरूरी है जैसे brushless hub motor जो आती है उसकी 93% के आसपास एफिशिएंसी होती है और जो आपने बाइक में मोटर लगाई है उसकी लगभग 85% एफिशिएंसी होती है , धन्यवाद ।

    simple AH x 2 = kilometer range right
    20 AH X 2 = 40 km range
