IMO, it's probably the best Mega Man 2 romhack ever made. It isn't all too crazy in design. Music choices are excellent too. I remember it being ridiculously hard back in 2010 that I abused save states. Years later, I revisited it (along with its updated version) and was able to beat the game on my Nt mini noir. (copied from other version of video)

This rom hack has such well-made graphics that they are easily comparable to the visuals of Master System games.
