OwO the crazy thing is, he’s not even doing it on purpose! He’s just naturally become more chilled and flexible over the course of his life, as a counterpart to his twin brother Saizo’s hotheadedness and stubbornness. In fact, ladies CONSTANTLY swoon for him and give him gifts! He KNOWS the ladies love him and he doesn’t really enjoy it, but he just can’t change his nature!

Possibly, yes. But she's also a very young girl, so it only makes sense that she would be quite adorable to begin with. Also, it's very frequently commented on how attractive Kaze is, so it doesn't seem too farfetched to think that Midori might have some of those genes herself
