    반죽을 돌돌 말아 길게 반으로 잘라 겹쳐 비틀어 모양을 만들어 봤어요..
    정말 촉촉하고 폭신해서 한입 먹으면 구름을 머금은 듯한 느낌이 나더라구요~
    시나몬 향이 솔솔나서 정말 맛있답니다^^

    1개 달걀
    40g 설탕
    5g 소금
    130g 미지근한 우유
    5g 인스턴트 드라이 이스트
    300g 강력분
    55g 무염버터
    50g 무염버터
    70g 갈색설탕
    4g 시나몬 파우더
    1 Egg
    40g Sugar
    5g Salt
    130g Lukewarm milk
    5g Instant dry yeast
    300g Bread flour
    55g Unsalted butter
    50g Unsalted butter
    70g Brown sugar
    4g Cinnamon powder
    [만드는 과정]
    빵 반죽
    1. 볼에 달걀과 설탕, 소금을 넣고 잘 섞어 주세요.
    2. 우유와 인스턴트 드라이 이스트를 넣고 잘 섞어 주세요.
    3. 밀가루를 넣고 섞은 다음 비닐 랩을 씌워 30분 정도 실온에서 발효해 주세요.
    4. 실온상태의 버터를 넣고 손으로 치대며 반죽해 주세요.(약 10분 정도)
    5. 볼에 넣고 비닐 랩을 씌워 따뜻한 곳에서 반죽이 2~3배 정도로 커질 때까지 약 1시간 정도 발효해 주세요.
    시나몬 필링
    6. 실온 상태의 버터를 부드럽게 섞어 주세요.
    7. 갈색 설탕과 시나몬 파우더를 넣고 골고루 섞어 주세요.
    8. 발효된 반죽을 꺼내 기포를 제거하고 밀대로 넓게 펴주세요.
    9. 5조각으로 나누고 동글리기하고 비닐 랩을 씌워 15분 정도 중간 발효를 합니다.
    10. 1조각씩 넓게 펴서 시나몬 필링을 골고루 펴 바르고 돌돌 말아 주세요.
    11. 칼로 반으로 자르고 X 자로 놓고 비틀어 꼬아 주세요.
    12. 오븐 용기에 넣고 랩을 덮어 따뜻한 곳에서 반죽이 2배 정도로 커질 때까지 약 40분 정도 발효해 주세요.
    13. 175도 예열한 오븐에서 20분 정도 구워 주세요.

    Looks yummy and very similar to what we call cinnamon rolls here in the US. Ours are usually rolled in spirals and topped with a thin white icing while they're warm from the oven so the icing melts into all the nooks and crannies... now I'm craving cinnamon rolls for breakfast lol ❤❤❤

      Heya - I use oat milk in a lot of baked goods as a substitute and it works really well. I’d recommend it over Soya as sometimes soya milk affects the taste a little, especially with things like chocolate, coffee and cinnamon. Oat is probably the most neutral, but consider it’s more starchier than cow’s milk so it may affect the texture a little and will definitely need a good shake before using. I find the Minor Figures one works best if you have that where you are. Hope this helps 😊

      Ovens are different from each other so let them bake until golden brown on top, checking every 3-4 minutes, after the 20 min have passed.
