Vladi

hi brandevise ..I follow you in TH-cam, love you contents
    I have a question
I'm a yemeni living and working as a doctor in germany now with the german residence permit, does the brokerage firms accept the german residence permit as an identification document or do they only accept the permanent residence permit?
and if not what other options I have in my case so I can start investing in stocks?

Have you considered buying property in other EU countries except Germany/Denmark, like Spain/Italy?

Not yet Dane - With every additional country, your administrative workload goes up significantly. I think after a specific income level that would be easier, but this is not the case right now.

What would be an interestingn video is to see how you were able to get real estate without a loan or rather finance it without a loan. Something seems off there. Unless your parents sent you money from India which you reinvested in Germany and used that would be a more believable scenario.

Multiple business and good revenue. You can't do such investments on a normal salary.

Why not reits instead all of the headache of buying real estate?

You’re that way still invested in stocks and it can still highly volatile and can go to zero and still you have nothing physical in your hands
