    Do they decrease sound??

    I bought them for the color, anything else is a minor bonus. ARE they any more or less durable?

    Hardly a good test.
    You didn't hold your mic in the same place, direction, or distance in each test.

    My stealth propellers came in the other day for mini 3 pro. They sound the exact same. Wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money on this product.

    I don't know, buddy. Maybe it is just me. I agree the MAS props got low pitch sound as usual. But in terms of loudness, I really can't find the difference. Or the original props are much comfort to my ears, to be honest. Anyway, thanks so much for the videos, buddy. 😎✌

    Sorry but I cannot go with your results. You were hand holding the sound meter? and it was not sitting at a fixed location from the drone. Also by hand holding you are introducing error in the results as the distance to/from the drone will vary. I would recommend testing with the sound meter mounted (attached) to a fixed object like a tripod and then ensuring the drone is in the exact same place each time. Also the room you are in allows for sound to bounce, reflect etc off various objects like your body etc. While you are looking only for comparison of sound levels you still need to apply scientific rigour to your testing to ensure accurate results. You have too many variables in your 'testing' to consider your testing accurate.

    I need to catch a thief in the act. Can you follow someone at night unnoticed

      It’s not quiet enough to sneak up on someone. Maybe if you are flying from a distance and zoom in.

      @@AerialMotionPhotography I think that's the point of the question. If it's a "sound test", it seems like actually *measuring* the sound would be an appropriate thing to do. Otherwise, it's just subjective observation, not data-driven. It's opinion more than test results. That said, I tend to agree with your assessment, and have already ordered a set for my drone.

    Your test is totally subjective. Why not use a sound level meter and get some decibel readings (dBA scale). That would be more objective. It does not make sense to measure sound directly below the drone as you did since you get interference from prop wash noise.

      The main idea was to see if there was a noticeable sound difference that could be heard when flying.

    Amazing, can anyone explain how the sound from the computer is better than the sound your ear hears naturally?

    • @lukebmmackness9559
      @lukebmmackness9559 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ill explain. He can tell the difference when comparing the noises immediately after each other rather than having to change all the propellers which would take 10 minutes, to then listen to a different noise would be harder to compare the difference due to the time between tests. Pretty simple really.

    Only one issue is that if you break a prop and you don't have any spares, you'll have to change the whole lot?

    • @AerialMotionPhotography
      @AerialMotionPhotography  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      that’s a good point. 🤞🏼that I don’t break any.

      @@AerialMotionPhotography They're 12 bucks. Why not just order spares and not have to worry about it? I don't think I'd find using the controller as easy with my fingers crossed...
