You have hit the nail on head,couldn’t agree with you more.I would like to add another point of view.Look around how birds and animals nurture their young ones.,birds spend their whole season feeding their young ones and then helping their offspring to fly and wouldn’t give up until the young one finally flies.We are higher beings,our people have to take some responsibility for their children,having successive children without the provision of proper nutrition,hygiene and upbringing leads to a disorganised society full of illiterate,ignorant,unhealthy people teaming in numbers,every public organisation is bound to fail when the population is so ignorant and unhealthy.Our people are suffering because they don’t understand even the basic dos and don’ts for better living,they are exploited by the government because of their illiteracy.Our people have to take the responsibility for themselves and their children.

Innit, this is our problem, the things that should be sorted last are being done first, while people are struggling to get basic medical treatment. I'm in the UK, and anyone here can get free access to doctors, hospitals, and treatment. Then there's transportation from the incident to the hospital in an ambulance, and finally, there's the air ambulance, which isn't funded by the government but by charities. It's free to use only when an ambulance can't get there in time or if it's hard to reach, like in the mountains or big parks. But we're doing it all backward. As a nation, we need to grow up and think about what's more important: an air ambulance or better access to doctors and medical treatment?

Air ambulance k dramay sy kuch nhi hoga, primary healthcare ko functional krien tau tertiary care main aik bed pe 3 mareez na hoon.
P.s this is impossible k pora staff khana khata rhy and major injury walay patient ko koi na dekhay-you have no idea how much pakistani people lie about hospital staff
