This song is about the westernization of Japan, which happened during the Meiji Restoration. Despite having an upbeat, oriental track, the song contains rather dark themes, mentioning guillotines and ICBMs. In addition, the lyrics state things such as "Songs of lament go unheard" and "This is a banquet inside a steel jail cell".

If I see a reactor with only one earphone in their ear I close the video. It's worse than seeing a reactor listening to music on a shitty laptop speakers.
I have both the earphones plugged in..the other one from around the back..if you still have doubt see at 2:09
