Hi Gary here. You have to use a specific media kit to do that. The kit you need is perforated so that it snaps into two 2x6 straps. If you use the standard 4x6 the printer will cut it into three 2x4 straps when you set that function in the driver. If you need further help contact us via our website
Hi David The manufacturer states that if you move the printer with the paper and ribbon installed you risk damaging the printhead and the sensors. They also state that the warranty will not cover printers that are damaged that way. Many people will say they have not had a problem but the manufacturer knows best.

I just bought my printer but it prints out the 3 and when I’m ready to print from my computer it doesn’t print
