I like your reviews. I live in a small town le than 500 people. I don't really live my house, and I enjoy so much to put my Roja. Amouage, Kilian, etc... to make the bed and prepare food for my family 😊 if I wait for special occasion I will never use nothing. Not my clothes or my high heels and my perfumes. I really believe be a life is a reason enough to dress and perfume like a million dollar ❤
Totally agree. Since covid l decided you never know when your number is up. Decided to wear all the intimate and occasion clothes, jewellry to work and weekends. To wear all of my perfumes under my clothes below waist to dull the scents and wear my loud scents after work , evenings and weekends. Basically upscale my look and confidence and be mindful of my coworkers.
This is the best comment I have ever read ❤️ You made me realise that I'm worth it and life is short 🙏 Thank you so much for your thought and your inspiration 🥰
This is the best comment I have ever read ❤️ You made me realise that I'm worth it and life is short 🙏 Thank you so much for your thought and your inspiration 🥰
totally agree, I work from home abroad, my family is very far away and my boyfriend works almost 7/7 some weeks, so we have just a little bunch of special occasions in a year, but I came to that point when I wear fragrances for myself, I do have some bottles that I prefer to use when I am going somewhere but the majority of what I have is literally for my personal use when I am home alone and want to smell good, sometimes I wonder if I need to wear them or just smell from the bottle from time to time 😅 it’s just a nice touch during the day that makes my mood better
I said the same thing lol cus i do that, it allows you to keep enough for special moments or moods when you want to wear without being burdened by a full 100ml catching dust and that’ll outlive you haha
You DEFINITELY need to buy a group of 10 & 20ml atomizers & KEEP a bunch of travels before selling. You will still recoup majority of value for many of these well sought bottles. The opaque bottles: just go in dark bathroom with 2 phones-shine flashlight of one at base or side of bottle & take a photo of the fill line for selling purposes. Lastly-you’re WAY BETTER than me. I am an admitted hoarder-there are so many I would just keep the whole bottle (esp the discontinued ones) but at the very least I would have a decant of all of them before giving away. Esp given you’re a reviewer on TH-cam ❤
I want to do the same: 1) separate my collection into what I want to keep/resell 2) count those I’d want to retain 10ml of before reselling & order that #of spray atomizers to decant into 3) photo, box up, pack & list for reselling And then, (try to) only buy samples or up to 10ml of any new frags, and use them up before buying a bigger bottle.
I agree: when I see cluttered and overflowing perfume shelves of some influencers, I cringe. That’s why my newly bought vintage glass perfume cabinet is half empty and I absolutely love it this way.
Hi Noura, always enjoy your videos. Just to say re opaque bottles, you can shine a torch behind it in a dark room and you should be able to see the level quite easily 🙂 helps a lot with selling!
I would do 50 ml of all and not do 100 at all if it were not for the price. Many times the difference in price is $20 or less and therefore I wind up with the 100 ml. Wish they made the 50ml at much better price
Hi Noura, i must say you did great! Dont force yourself to do mutch declutters ortherwise you might have some regrets. Your current perfume collection is a good amount, there are so many different types of scents that its normal we have a bigger collection these days. I like you reviews they are not to long and very accurate. 👍What i would repurchase is Ellis Brooklyn Miami nectar, Kayali Vanilla candy sugar and Phlur soft spot. 🌹🌹
I really enjoyed this video Noura. Thank you for sharing! I loved watching your thought process and seeing your collection. I’ve been wondering about Mandarine Basilic Forte so this was helpful for me too! I adore the OG.
Wow! What a great, relaxing, entertaining video. I live in Massachusetts, and we can get to -23C, easily so I’ve worn Rose omeyyade to work. Jasmin Marzipan is great throughout spring when it’s cold. I get so many compliments. If I wear it when it gets warmer, it gets cloying.
Hi Noura, I love declutter videos! My method is to pull the fragrances that I ‘love’ and wear or easy reach, these I will always repurchase and can wear any of them even if I reach blindly and grab one. Then ones I ‘like’ or wear occasionally, then ‘challenging’ perfumes. I find that I will declutter from the challenging category frequently and the like category occasionally. This helps me organise my opinions on any new fragrances that come in, although honestly not many new ones make it into the ‘love’ category.
This was very inspiring. I have been counting my perfumes and I am not done and up to now it’s about 800. I know I don’t love them all. I need to make decisions too! 😅
Nowhere near your collection but inspired by this I took about 20% of mine and put away in box so I can stop trying to make myself love them and just wear what I acually really love
Absolutely loved this video! ❤ I would never declutter my Lancome Tresor Midnight Rose, La Nuit Tresor Nude nor A la folie, Dior Blooming Bouquet, Armani Pivoine Shuzou, Guerlain Rosa rossa BTW, before you declutter Pera Granita, please try it during the coldest (yes, the coldest) season you have, I never wear mine in the summer, but in the winter, I do, St Barths Vanilla West Indies, Xerjoff Dama Bianca, ... in fact I'm a horrible declutterer 😂 the best I can do is to pass my bottles on to my daughter! But I believe in putting bottles "on a break" and getting back to them, even after a couple of years! They'll be fine in a dark cupboard and meanwhile you can have a pretty perfume tray for the currently most used ones.😊
Loved this, thank you ! Has inspired me to sort out my collection ASAP too!! 😂 Btw, have you got your nose on Bvlgari Rock 'n Rome from the Allegra collection? Has a beautiful apricot/osmathus note it is truly addicting and delicious 😍 Longevity is not the best, but those first 3/4 hours are absolutely glorious!! 😁 Definitely considering it and could be great for layering too 🙌👍 xx
Bonjour Noura! I had the exact same problem with Hibiscus Palm! The juice got darker and it’s really harsh now. It gets to my throat everytime I spray it. My bottle is about 5 years old so I think it turned bad. If I did this experiment, I think half my collection would be gone! 😅😂 Gabrielle, all the Chances besides the OG, Gris Dior, Pas ce soir, By the fireplace, Sì Intense 2021, La Belle, Commodity Milk, Coco Noir, L’interdit Rouge and so many others would be repurchased. I think I can not go under 100 and I’m at about 205 right now. It’s too much but about 30 of them are travel sprays… 😅 Wishlist is very long decisions have to be made but I ‘m not ready unfortunately…
I don't think that my Hibiscus Palm turned bad because in paper it smells the same. It just has a strange effect now on my skin. I guess my skin chemistry changed I don't know 🤷🏻♀️
Orchidee Vanille layered with Cassili is delicious😋 Florabotanica-that’s already a very valuable collectors item & the re-sale value will only go up as people genuinely love the fragrance & it has the (hideous) scandal behind it. Armani Ambre Eccentrico is stunning & discontinued. Santal Carmin is perfect to wear to office as it gives a small personal scent bubble. Valentino DBIR Pink PP was Limited Edition only & no longer available. People love Vanilla Vibes layered with Hibiscus Palm you might see what you think. Shocked about declutter of Gucci Gulity Pour Femme you have raved forever about that one😅
Hi Noura! I loved the longer, detailed video and watched all of it. I have 3 questions please. 1) 40 minutes through the video you talk about decluttering Blooming Bouquet but at the very beginning you talk about keeping it bc it's a love. I think @40 it's actually one of the Miss Dior EDPs not Blooming Bouquet. Can you please confirm which you decluttered? 2). I know you love J'Adore generally. You decluttered the white D'Eau bottle and kept the new L'or. Have you gotten rid of all.of your other J'Adores? And since you found the L'Or to be a masterpiece but also strong, do you wish you had kept one of the other J'Adores for daily use? If so, which one? 3) You decluttered L'interdict black absolut. Do you have any other L'Interdicts? That is a line I feel I should have one but don't so far. Thank you!❤️
Great concept for a declutter! As a rule I know buy only 30-50 ml bottles when possible! If I finish a bottle and would like another...I feel and can always repurchase.
I think florabotanica is discontinued. People are selling the100ml for $250 to $400. I bought my backup for $45, two years ago. Have you seen the new Absolue Les Parfums line from Lancome? I think it will replace the Maison Lancome line.
I love your collection! Thank you for sharing! Rouge Saray is one of my favourite scents ❤ Have you tried Istanbul by Gallivant and, if so, what are your thoughts on it?
Loubirouge is my favourite fragrance, followed by Trussardi Inside, Celine Black Tie, Cuir Beluga, Le Plus Beaujour de Ma Vie, Orchidee Vanille and Reve d'Encens. I've decluttered a few but have so much more to go through. I only want to keep what I love.
I like this Video a lot. It's comfortable and relaxing. I love perfume, Coffee and my Cats. Of course my biggest Love belongs to my children and husband. Some fragances are so beautiful. La belle is amazing. What do you think about Devotion? Have a wonderful time 🩵🩷🩵🩷🩵🩷
When I see inflencers having theirs fragranticas lined up and layered I think his unfortunate the incorrect movement cold end up in expensive bottles falling & breaking
Just my opinion based on your remarks and the habit you said you have (like you having to be in specific moods to use certain fragrances) but you might prefer buying 10ml/30ml instead of 50ml/100ml and taking breaks in purchasing to enjoy your fragrances you already have and use them up. Keeping 10ml of the fragrances you need to be in a specific mood to use and decluttering the full bottles might also help with saving space and peace of mind lol. Florabotanica is discontinued, balenciaga discontinued all their fragrances. I want to try aerin fragrances but the sIavery scandal was so off putting to me which btw surprises me that you are egyptian and never talked about the vogue/bbc story about egyptian child labor, the horrible pay, the poor conditions of work and all the health conditions the kid suffer from because of that work. You said gris dior was your only chypre but chloe nomade is a chypre too Just wore orange sanguine yesterday and i just loooovee it lol You can easily sell opaque bottles cus most sites need the final approval of the buyer once they receive the object and inspect it so nobody gets scammed. You can also edit the image on your phone and put a line where the dent begins
Why is it her responsibility to talk about the child labor scandal just because she's Egyptian? Her channel is her channel and the scandal was already covered by the media. You seem to have a lot of opinions, lol.

it seems unfair that you can't wear fragrances because of your co-worker :( there should be some distancing anyway for your personal space
