Hello, ideally, to do as in the 17th or 18th century. you should not immediately give the true color in the first layer, but make it slightly less intense and thus keep a reserve to use glazes in the 2nd and 3rd layer to arrive, finally, to the true tone of the original work. Good job anyway!
Dude, they were using pig bladders for paint containers. This is a color study. And for full painting, it's easier to start higher chroma in my experience.
love how you paint 💗
Sticking to your guns when simplifying forms is so hard but you do it so well
Thanks so much for this beautiful work, im beginner I can’t make this color affinity And even rub it
❤️❤️❤️🙏
4:39, the green value is too light in my opinion or will you blend it in later with the dark blues ?
no blending in a color study!
how about at the end of the study ? 🤨🤔
