After installing wp rocket one thing I noticed that , page insight and gtmatrix score are increases but actual loading time (actual time to load my website) is also increases. Website taking more time to load than previously. Why this happened?
Wp rocket and all optimization plugins usually create cache when someone hit the website first time on their browser.
This is why it's taking longer than expected to load for first time.
If it's more than 1.5 seconds then ask your hosting provider to fix server response time.. Or change your server / host.
