For context on how Chika of all people doesn't understand what rhyming is, basically most Japanese syllables end with a vowel so rhyming in Japanese was so easy that it just never became a thing in Japanese literature. That's why haikus are a thing and how Japanese songs barely have any rhymes and how they sound so foreign.

That whole rap scene was probably the best piece of anime fiction I've ever seen in my life. Everything about it is so perfect lmao. The animation, the voice acting, the rapping itself, Koga Aoi's (Kaguya's VA) surprisingly beautiful singing, and the hilarious engrish just completes the package.
This part in the manga was amazing and I was blown away with this adaptation into anime. I could not stop laughing and smiling this entire episode. The ending goes stupid crazy as well, this was a masterpiece of an episode and this show is also a masterpiece.

Queen's Bohemian Rhaspody part, the wide camera angle that the Beastie Boys used in What'Cha Want. Even better was the special ending of Miyuki and Chika doing their rap battle. A-1 Studios hiring an 18 year kid to do the directing, storyboard, and key animation to this as someone put and comments said. He's 18 and shows how much A-1 Studios puts effort into this. The best part is that as manga readers, we know the story is only getting better and that A-1 Studios along with the voice actors are going to gives their very best quality.

A1 went crazy with the adaptation, but even as a person who follows the Kaguya manga, Paripi Koumei deserves the crown of the best rap battle. A funny coincidence because it was the same week. Worth checking out that anime too 👁
Best comedic rap battle in anime beating out Zombieland Saga. Overall though, I'll have to give the edge to freestyle rap battle in the nost recent ep of Kongming earlier in the week (though that's a bit more of a serious take)...what they pulled off in that couldn't have been easy, especially on the translation side of things.

Hopefully, the show is incredibly popular and given the effort you can see in the production value I'd say its likely it gets adapted fully
