I did this with a Fashion influencer. I never showed the influencers face or his clips, I edited with my own stock and AI generated footage. All I did was leave his voice that detailed the clothing, everything else was my new and added footage but BOOM! my channel got suspended. No warning, no banner just suspended, I still haven't been notified by TikTok why my channel is suspended but I'm confused as to why with just using a voice of someone and all original footage and editing would they suspend my channel. It doesn’t suddenly remove them, but if you get 5 strikes in 30 days you are disqualified for a month.
