    Crab Soup | Nandu Rasam
    Step 1
    - Carb - 1 kg
    - Crystal Salt - 1 tsp
    - Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    - Marinate 30 min
    Step 2
    - Tamarind - lemon size
    - Sock the light and filter the water
    - Pepper Powder - 2 ½ tsp
    - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    - Long Pepper ( Thipilli ) - 1 tsp
    - Dilli Seed ( Sadha Kuppai ) - 1 tsp
    - Garlic -30 nos
    - Baby Onion - 50gm
    - Grind all the spices
    Step 3
    - Crystal Salt - 1 tsp
    - Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    - Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
    - Add ground masala
    - Tamarind water
    - Tomato - 3 nos
    - Water - 800ml
    - Mix Well
    - keep aside
    Step 4
    - Gingelly Oil- 4 tsp
    - Minced Garlic
    - Chapped Baby Onions
    - Curry Leaves little bit
    - Add Marinated Carb
    - Mix Well ( 2min )
    - Now Add the mixed spices water
    - Mix Well
    - Cover and Cook 20min Medium Flame
    - Lemon - ½ size
    - Curry Leaves little bit
    - Coriander Leaves little bit
