I am having frozen shoulder, from last 6-7 months, tried physiotherapy for 2months it didn't work. From past 3.5 monthsI am taking Neurotherapy treatment, observed some improvements but still shoulder movement is troubling. It is ok to learn the pranayama from TH-cam videos but meditation should be learned from guru. There are some beginner level meditation that you can learn from TH-cam videos.
