Hi Sophie, Lawrence and Orin ~ it’s only me from Surrey ~~ I’m only halfway through watching this Vlog, but what? I’ve watched so far is brilliant - your tree is amazing. The lights are beautiful and I love the way your ornaments are so special to you all - and little Orin putting his tractor on the tree and saying mummy help melted my heart - I’m glad you feed the birds. Also my mum and dad do the same - we’re starting to get festive at the centre. Now we got all coloured snowflakes hanging from the ceiling in reception and in the lounge, The activity team leaders cut out a load of baubles And other Christmas decorations, and we all decorated them. With all different sparkly stickers and glitter ~ they are cut out onto acetate. I think you call it ~ they are stuck on the windows so they’re really suncatcher. They look absolutely brilliant ~ the rest of the decorations are going up this week and at the weekend it’s Christmas jumper day tomorrow even though we’re allowed to wear T-shirts as well. I have two a black one with Christmas trees on and the other one is red saying ho, ho ho ~ if I wear one of those tomorrow I have to get two more for Christmas and Boxing Day - decisions decisions~ I have waffled on again too much - sending love and hugs to you all ~ Xxx Xxx
I have to agree with you there is nothing like colored lights on a trees its an old fashioned Christmas lovely warm and cosy feeling hope little Orin gets better soon 🎄🎍⛄🤶🎅
Oh goodness, watching you and Orin putting the Star on top of the tree had me sweating😬😰. Awesome job with the tree guys🎄. Thank you so much for sharing Sophe, take care and have a lovely evening 🤗❄️💝✨🎄🎁.
A good tip if you're freezing bagels ... slice them in half before you pop them into the freezer. That way you can pop them straight into the toaster on the 'frozen' setting, and there's less risk of trying to slice through a partly frozen bagel and cutting yourself.
Love it so chilled and relaxed love the tree. busy time baking and prepping, plus i spent time in the hospital. hope Orin feels better soon. love to you all. xxx
Hi Sopherina another wonderful Vlog and Orin is growing up so fast. How lovely to see your Rabbit in the house and following you everywhere. Do you keep him in the house as I would live a house rabbit but worried about him going to the toilet everywhere ❤️❤️
He’s such a sweet little rabbit ♥️ we really sort of took him in under emergency situation as he’d been left out and alone, because he’s alone I don’t want to leave him outside as he’ll get too lonely (they’re very social animals) so he’s staying in with us, with garden access during the day when he wants. Had we got him bonded with another bunny, it would be fine to leave them outside together as they have company and are absolutely fine in colder temps! If you want to have your bunny’s outside, get two already bonded (rescue centres have them!) but if you just get one, then like you say, makes a perfect house bunny! Our little one is litter tray trained, so he generally does all his wees and poos in his area, there’s the occasional little poo accidentally dropped somewhere but they’re really in offensive and just balls of hay really, easy to hoover up! Super lovely pet to have ♥️
I'm a real tree girl. How do you keep it alive for so long? Ours is normally dropping needles after a week of being up and by NY is almost bare! We turn the radiator off and keep water topped up!
Oh no! That shouldn’t be happening, are you sawing a chunk off of the bottom before placing in water? So the place we go, the lady was telling me that trees heal really quickly and if you’ve not put your tree in water within 3 hours after sawing the bottom off, it seals itself and therefore won’t take in any water!
I started shopping at Aldi but found that a lot of the stuff was rubbish and I ended up throwing a lot away. All Aldi stuff I feel is made from inferior stuff and it's not for me, you can literally taste the cheapness. I now shop at Iceland and spend less than Aldi for well known branded stuff. Lovely decorations and very Christmassy.
I hope you're enjoying the festive season so far 🥰🥰🥰🎄🎄
Hi Sopherina please can I send you a Christmas card and prezzie 😊🎄 do you have a po box ?

You can never have too much space and you can never have too many fairy lights! 😂😂😂😂😂
Hope Orin is feeling better xx
I overindulge on a massive scale throughout this season. I do feel guilty but then I make up for it with loads of vegetables in January 🤣💕💕💕
