I have never cooked with nettle?? Before, what does it taste like?

Nettles taste super green 😂 with kind of a herbal sweetness and there's a hint of cucumber peels too. I don't really love the taste therefore I like to cook it with garlic and season it well but it's healthy and one of the first plants I could forage.
