I appreciate what you said about first drafts so so much. Writing a first draft can really make you question your talent and skills, which is why I always remind myself the first draft isn't there to be good. It's there to be the bones of what your story is going to be. It sometimes isn't easy to take it to heart, but at the end of the day no piece of literature is ever going to be perfect anyway, and that's perfectly (no pun intended) fine. I'm semi new to your channel! I discovered you a bit ago and have been eating up all of your past videos. They are super inspiring and encouraging! Can't wait to see what other content you produce! 😊

I use playing cards for bookmarks. There is something about the size and thickness that is perfect to me. And I only need one deck to have 52 bookmarks! ♠️♥️♣️♦️

it honestly made me feel not alone when you said that you've been feeling down too :) personally, i think it's school for me. moving to a new school in the span of just 2 months feels relatively quick and although i did say that i am excited for a new environment, i didn't think through that i will also have to adapt certain things that i have not used to in my last school. i also am kind of a perfectionist and this school focuses so much on group activities which i hate. so the meet up of my perfectionist mindset and having the group members stay in focus is messing my mind, like the universe is playing a joke on me and likes to see me suffer 🙃 i realised quickly that it is so toxic of me to have certain ways to be just how i wanted it to be, sometimes i work on the projects myself since my group members don't really participate enough in the work, which ended up making me burnt out- this is long lol sorry
i feel this!! change can be exciting but it can also be uncomfortable when new situations are introduced that you’re not used to. and group projects are the worst when not everyone is participating enough😭 i’m so sorry you feel burnt out but hang in there and i’m sure things will start looking up :) wishing you a great weekend!😊

i literally just finished daisy jones and the six yesterday and loved it too! i listened to the rumors album by fleetwood mac a few times after reading it because i wanted to understand what the songs would have sounded like :) love this vlog
