For breakfast I like Greek yoghurt with Kifir and a scoop of protein powder combined with some defrosted frozen fruits (cheaper) and and sprinkling of chia, flax and pumpkins seeds. Keeps me feeling full for longer and a good amount of protein
I always love your videos. The coffee thing is just a scam though. You don’t need it so if you could cut it out of the routine then you’d be golden. Just gotta get past the first few weeks without it to realize you never needed it!

Planning on getting one of them sunrise alarms, the thought of waking up without the sound of a blaring alarm is bliss!
So worth it! You still have an alarm at the time you set, but the gradual increase in light makes it so much easier to wake up
Get a chili thermos for your coffee - We make ours before the gym and don’t drink it till we’re on the train and it stays boiling!

I have protein yoghurts instead of plain Greek yoghurt. 20g protein per pot isn’t too bad. Not sure if there’s any negative side to it?

Quite a big difference! Full time pro’s will have most breakfasts and lunches provided at their clubs as well as nutrition plans to follow
