    Great video thank you so much. I really like your clever tricks like the offcuts for sitting the valve socket so the valve is sideways with an LED to light it. Sounds excellent too 😃

    I absolutely love vaccum tubes! Making simple guitar amps and hifi amplifiers is a lot of fun. They're honestly feels like something more "alive" about working with the circuits. Like, each tube wants something a _little_ different which makes you renegotiate the values around the tube. IDK how to explain it😂 I just hope they don't TOTALLY disappear

    I expected a lot more fuzz but the sound turned out unexpectedly clean even at lower voltages.

    Hello - is it possible to substitute ECC832 with a 12AX7 (ECC83) tube in this circuit? Perhaps with some resistor value changes? I have read that the ECC832 is one half (pins 6, 7 & 8) identical to the 12AX7 (gain 100) and the other half (pins 1, 2 & 3) is a reduced gain (gain 17). Any help would be much appreciated.
