Another nail for your coffin has one of the most badass riffs ive ever heard. Its heavy but in a different way. I was furious when i found out it wasn't on the albums released in America
Missing: -Hourglass (intro) -Now you got something to die for (intro) - Beating on hell's doors (intro) -Still Echoes (1. verse) - 11th hour (fast riff and then gallop) - Black Label(Intro, it's heavier to me than the slow part)
Sick playing and awesome video idea. My only suggestion is to maybe mix it a little closer to what they have on the albums as it is a different feel on some of the riffs you recorded.
Reality Bath, the riff where Randy is singing "Out of sight! Out of our minds 4,000 miles away!! Our willful ignorance will turn this home into a grave" is an absolute banger, definitely a heavy. As well as Ressurection Man, and To the Grave. But that may be because I f***ing love gallop picking and chugging lol.
How could you miss "Now you've got something to die for" breakdown? That's my favorite song 😭 Pretty awesome list tho! Straight for the Sun is such a good pick
definetly missing some but idk that its possible to make a short video that includes all the heaviest riffs from lamb of god because there are an endless amount in my opinion (most if not all are heavy)
I love Wrath album in your words, contractor, fake messiah, grace are awesome. The second part of album is not so cool, but still very good. The passing intro is just perfect.
The fucking breakdown at the end of “One Gun” makes me want to stomp through oceans while wearing mountains like boots. th-cam.com/video/9dBlQ3nG3MA/w-d-xo.html
You missed a couple that I can think of right away. Omertà, one gun, vigil and 11th hour. Seems a few you played was just one their more popular songs at first.
I'm gonna be 1000% bias here, i like/enjoy almost all of LoG's stuff, but I would have punk'd people by just snipping together the best riffs from only songs on Ashes Of The Wake. but that's also because that was the first "new metal" album I ever bought and it melted 2004 me's brain. It will always be their best album to me. Sacrament is a close second. Especially Foot to the throat. mmmmmmm galloping triplets

That opening riff to Break You is probably my favorite
You could say that it... broke you.
Super underrated song I love it
Another nail for your coffin has one of the most badass riffs ive ever heard. Its heavy but in a different way. I was furious when i found out it wasn't on the albums released in America
It will always be the chorus and ending riffs in Blood of the Scribe for me
That chorus riff is nuts
So underrated. Probably my favorite Log song
Mark Morton dished out tons of great riffs for Ashes of the Wake, that whole album is a masterpiece 🤘
Ashes of the Wake always gives me chills and goosebumps...
I genuinely dont think ive ever seen baena play these guitars as tey are so high tuned lmao
Love the guitar hero chart for laid to rest, that brings me back
Bruh. Nic nocturnal as a dmetal merch model is the funniest sh+t I've seen. I wanna see him flop his bangs around in a promo.
The opening riff to Ditch is my favorite. Also Memento Mori is pretty good too
Just to throw a couple killer riffs out there, Ruin is classic LOG riff, along with a not so popular known riff i'll say Bootscraper.💀🤘
This video opened my eyes. I didn't realize they played lower than drop D.
Finally some love for my favorite band ❤
11th hour is one of my favorites to play on guitar.
The outro for One Gun
The whole Ashes of the Wake album is full of amazing riffs, but my personal fav is Embers with Chino Moreno
I've always thought the riff let alone the whole song One Gun has been definitely under appreciated. Just goes off right from jump street
fuck yes!!!! been listening to it on repeat the last few days. its pure and utter filth
as someone who loves lamb of god to the point i would deem favorite band ever , well done good sir
and the walk with me in hell riff is the fav
Straight to the sun. Heaviest of all!
If an ideal album with catchy riffs existed, I would call him Ashes of The wake
The transition from Ashes of the wake to dead seeds was awesome.
my all time favourite riff of Lamb of God has to be breakdown of 11th Hour. Shit slaps hard
I’m just here for the block inlays
What about the up-tempo breakdown from "Ruin"? That ALWAYS causes chaos in the venue whenever it kicks off heheh. Nice choices though 🤘
HOURGLASS!!!!!
GAHHHHHH
Love the video man! LONG LIVE LoG
The riffs in "Ditch" off their newest album is so fast and groovy, i wouldnt be surprised if it was a Pantera deep cut
Ashes of the wake changed metal
Missing:
-Hourglass (intro)
-Now you got something to die for (intro)
- Beating on hell's doors (intro)
-Still Echoes (1. verse)
- 11th hour (fast riff and then gallop)
- Black Label(Intro, it's heavier to me than the slow part)
Yeah, any lamb of God riff is awesome. You picked a great selection. I covered Omerta but did it in drop c. Stupid heavier. Haha.
Awesome work man
a band where you could pick any of the riffs
I knew you were gonna throw "straight to the sun" in there! Nice video brotha
You're list is perfect, from many different album,
I would add the (old) song "Virgil", who is one of the most accessible and Heaviest riff !!
the opening riff to pathetic is one of my favorites
nvm I just re listened to it the outro riff is way heavier
One of my favorite bands, so many breakdowns \m/
I love definitely all the riffs in Desolation, but also from New Colossal Hate.
Thank u for this video Andrew. 🤘
Sick playing and awesome video idea. My only suggestion is to maybe mix it a little closer to what they have on the albums as it is a different feel on some of the riffs you recorded.
you might like to just listen to the actual songs
The subtle arts of murder and persuasion is another good one
Reality Bath, the riff where Randy is singing "Out of sight! Out of our minds 4,000 miles away!! Our willful ignorance will turn this home into a grave" is an absolute banger, definitely a heavy. As well as Ressurection Man, and To the Grave.
But that may be because I f***ing love gallop picking and chugging lol.
gotta love nik in the sponsor vid
Broken Hands would have been great on the list! Super heavy, definitely one of my favourite Lamb of God songs!
Yeah how that and one gun are missing on this list is a little disappointing
@@chrisb5561 I mean its like Andrew said right picking 10 Lamb of God songs is super hard
Broken Hands is fire, only sat down to learn it the other day. Super fun to play too
@@bjlatter Nice is it hard to learn, i'm a real beginner when it comes to guitar but this song is so cool
11th hour intro riff is my fav 🤘🏼
the ending of ruin after chris’s fill is so hot and the part like a minute in during hourglass is so juicy
I've been listening to Lamb of God since my friend made me listen to Sacrament when it came out 🤘 love those guys and their music so much!
The opening riff to Evidence is so fucking good 😍
My fav lamb of god riff is also my fav riff in generell. THE hourglass riff ❤
YES, so good
ALL THE RIFFS IN VIGIL!
the visitation main riff is insane
Intro riff to
Now you got something to die for!
How could you miss "Now you've got something to die for" breakdown? That's my favorite song 😭
Pretty awesome list tho! Straight for the Sun is such a good pick
Loved the guitar hero overlay 💀
definetly missing some but idk that its possible to make a short video that includes all the heaviest riffs from lamb of god because there are an endless amount in my opinion (most if not all are heavy)
Terror and Hubris in the House of Frank Pollard for me!
Lamb of God's Heaviest Guitar Riffs... just all of them.
Banda incrível, ótimo vídeo amigo
Dannggggg i thought for sure blood of the scribe would be on here. Either way all bangers. Good stuff
Another nail for your coffin has a pretty brutal riff
You forgot --> Now you got something to die for.
Great song and that breakdown def should have been in here haha
I love Wrath album in your words, contractor, fake messiah, grace are awesome. The second part of album is not so cool, but still very good. The passing intro is just perfect.
11th hour ! literally any riff from 11th hour
I knew Ghost Walking would be there!
Awesome Your Hodie Sir.
Did you swap the pickups in that gold Harley benton sc?
I did! It’s a Seymour Duncan black winter and Lollar Db now
Some my favorites to play. 🤘🏾
Great selection, although I woulda chosen the breakdown riff from Walk With Me In Hell instead of the main riff
The fucking breakdown at the end of “One Gun” makes me want to stomp through oceans while wearing mountains like boots.
th-cam.com/video/9dBlQ3nG3MA/w-d-xo.html
Clod blood by health and lamb of God is fantastic
Wicked riffs yo
I want the Will Adler fishmans so bad
Definitely Ghost Walking for me!
GREAT list! You'd have to make it longer by adding "Ruin"
broken hands always a classic but the guitar hero reference was sick
Blood of the scribe is my favorite riff
FUCK YEAH BRO
I'm a simple man, I see Nik Nocturnal and I press like.
you should do some dir en grey riffs mister baena
My fav band. Never clicked so fast ❤
11th Hour will always have the spiciest riffs imo
Awesome Riffs..!!! would add 512 also...
Delusion Pandemic is another great song if theirs with an awesome set of riffs!
Yo what string gauges do you use 😂
Blood of the scribe wouldve been a sick riff to see!
I know you couldn't include EVERY lamb of god song but i'm upset you did not do Hourglass.
Lamb of God uma das bandas mais foda de todos os tempos.... interpretação do caralho
Concordo
At least I saw a LoG riff on 7 string
Memento Mori
512
11th Hour
Checkmate
You missed a couple that I can think of right away. Omertà, one gun, vigil and 11th hour. Seems a few you played was just one their more popular songs at first.
For Your Malice!!!!!!
Друже респект з Києва,дякую за відос і улюблений гурт
Lolol i spat my coffee out with the guitar hero reference for Laid to Rest 😂
Simpler times yall, simpler fuckin times...
I wouldn't consider it a riff but, more a breakdown.Twoards the end of "Reclamation" also "In Your Words" opening riff, & "Gomorrah" opening riff.
Ghost Shaped People and Break You 🤘🏼
hourglass is my favourite
I'm gonna be 1000% bias here, i like/enjoy almost all of LoG's stuff, but I would have punk'd people by just snipping together the best riffs from only songs on Ashes Of The Wake. but that's also because that was the first "new metal" album I ever bought and it melted 2004 me's brain. It will always be their best album to me. Sacrament is a close second. Especially Foot to the throat. mmmmmmm galloping triplets
Yo Andrew!! Sick shirt, i got one too :)
Walk with me in hell was little off on a couple notes.
Should have just put the whole ashes of the wake album lol
woo
I didn't think LoG did anything in Drop A.
w mix
3:58 my cat making the stink face back at me like
Hourglass vomit riff
Walk with me in hell is inaccurate, both leads and rhythm. Other than that, great video m8
