yes its the monorail stuff you can see it on the old gateway maps. theres a bunch of the same things on the mainland as well but the just took the monorails out of them for some reason
I flew over there recently and was so disappointed to see that its just more grass and palm trees. such a waste of space. Ppl can say that itll be used EVENTUALLY but i dont care about eventually, it sucks now and probably will for a long time :/ Also unrelated but why is no one talking about palm trees growing in a highland environment?? I feel like we should be bullying the devs for just slapping palm trees everywhere lmao.
Palms exsist in non-beach environments just fine- It's rather stereotypical to see them near beaches, but they're all over the place in tropical environments, even in highlands :/
They’re definitely in “highland” areas so long as the climate supports it, I also see the very tall ones as being great for Heras since there are no branches to get in the way, it’s also a double edged sword since you can more easily spot a Hera.
I found two deer on that island on my ptera a few days ago. Teno and Cera are the fastest swimmers after deino. That's why I always play those near water if I get into a tricky situation.
The human tunnel structure was part of the old monorail network. RIP. Yeah I agree with you that diet plants should be present outside MZ, make MZ have all 3 diet plants, yet also have them spawn naturally across the island's biomes, like it was pre-Gateway.

I went there as a teno with salt water mut and was extremely disappointed. No food spawns just grass + mud pools to roll in. Human bunkers but can't explore them. The first section of the island chain did spawn a couple goats much to my surprise but getting back off the island there was none to be found. Seems like a massive waste of space with zero current purpose unless you wanna spend 10 million years growing with zero diets on a herby. EDIT: i should say, the only reason i even bothered going to the island chain in the first place is coz my diet had "coconut" on it location "islands" so i thought surely there would be some there... boy was a wrong lmao
It would be very special for certain herbivores to migrate to the islands. Especially to reproduce . To avoid large predators that could never cross the ocean . of course it would be for certain species of herbivores . Mainly it would be a survival mechanism , to grow surely . And when they are well grown , they can travel to the main island .
Agreed. However I think Herrera would likely make the journey. So some carnivores could join them, but larger apex ones would have to stick to the mainland.
The only other things you missed were the salt rocks but yea sadly nothing out there yet, carnivores and beipis I think are really the only things that can live out there atm since the islands do spawn certain animals and beipis have crabs, it doesn’t upset me that the islands are there just gives me something to look forward to when they do add stuff in the future it’s better that way imo than how they did it in Palworld where they just popped a new island into existence
I've been out there as ptera a few times. Sadly haven't found any turtles, but I hope in the not-too-distant future, there'll be food for everyone out there. I love the islands!
They need to add Eustreptospondolus for the short island traversal. Like in walking with dinosaurs. And it should feed on turtles, small herbis, and pterosaurs. Make it kind of a cerato but more manageable with faster swimming.
Those structures have been known about for a while and there is footage of them on other channels. I'm pretty sure there's supposed to be some kind of rail system going through them at some point. They show up on a few of the islands.

stam drain is worse for adults. your best is a subadult stam use and speed wise

how did u find food so fast at river delta- it straight up took me as teno over 20 minutes of running across the whole thing to find 2 diets-
Just got lucky honesty I think haha. Also it was later at night. Server was around 70/100 so that probably helped.

you dont have to vommit to get salt mutation, just drink 2-3 drops of water then wait 5-10 seconds then repeat
