    고구마빵 계란두개 중간크기 찐고구마 두개 스테비아 우유 조금 질감위해서 아몬드뿌리고 6분정도 마이크로오븐에 이건 괜찮더라구요 넘맛있어요

    고구마 빼테기 만드는 영상 올려 주시면 너무 감사하겠어요. 어릴 때 먹어본 기억이 있는데 그 후론 본적이 없어서요 ... 아마도 육십년 전이지 싶은데요

      콩을 넣으면 단백질도 보충할수 있어요.

    엥 소화안됨 산이많이나오는데 괜찮을까요 전 고생스럽던데요 잣죽 ,녹두죽등 전복 버섯죽등 좋아요
