In the same way, 温暖我的人 can literally mean either "warm my people" by separating 温暖 (warm) and 我的人 (my people/person)。However, it can also mean " the people who gave me warmth" when you separate the line into 温暖我 as the adjective and 人 as the noun (的 is possessive).
