Oracle APEX: Leveraging Column Static ID's & CSS to Modify a Single Interactive Report Column

So you have a new APEX interactive report, but your users are complaining about the look and feel? How do you modify the look and feel for a single column in a Interactive report? This short tutorial will show you how easy it can be done.

In the example a user has uploaded a white image that is not appearing in the row because the row has a white background. Second a user has uploaded a image that is huge and is taking up too much vertical space.
