Thanks for telling me nothing? I was hoping you were going to show me how you fixed it…..might have been easier to tell everyone to just call out an engineers to sort it!

that was in 2020 , honestly dont remember i assume it was virgin updating the box which can drive u mad
im litterally having the same issue as you rn, have you found a fix?
@@joystickash unplug power for 2mins then plug in again see if it sorts it
Faulty box mine started doing it stuck in same 3 messages

Mine has just gone as well been like it All day virgin media are a night mare to get hold off I hope it gets sorted triedeverything my End
