    Such a cute project, and your instructions are invaluable. It turned out perfect! As a garment sewer for many years, we used to cut the button holes open with a razor blade. It did work but we often cut our fingers on them. Thank you for all your tutorials. I am in awe of your skill and talent.

    This is so cute! Can’t wait to try. I have the Brother PR1055X and can’t get the wireless feature for transferring files to work. I bet an error message in Embrillance that says there was and error, and nothing shows up at my machine..😤😤.. any suggestions, or tips and tricks?

    • @PowerToolsWithThread
      @PowerToolsWithThread  ปีที่แล้ว

      Mine has been doing that too recently. However, the Brother Design Database Transfer has been working perfectly. th-cam.com/video/WlttjTah4T0/w-d-xo.html

    • @PowerToolsWithThread
      @PowerToolsWithThread  ปีที่แล้ว

      Also, check any Windows Defender firewall rules. Someone also told me that an update was done to Windows Defender and it wouldn't allow those files to transfer to her Solaris. Her husband did something to change the firewall rules and it works now.

    Becky.. Im not sure if you mentioned.. did you use sf101 on your fabrics?

    • @PowerToolsWithThread
      @PowerToolsWithThread  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did not. The two layers of the fibrous WSS works fine and I didn't notice any significant puckering. If you notice any, you certainly can use the SF101 - especially on the head with the fill in the cheeks.

  • @leahg4596
    @leahg4596 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Afraid if hang on an outside door the stabilizer will get stiff from dampness even with a storm door for protection. Think I will use two sheets of light weight regular stabilizer and just use a marker close to fabric color to cover up any stabilizer that may be showing once trimmed.

  • @sharonsienaski6919
    @sharonsienaski6919 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Just ordered. Can I use my DIME sticky hoop? Or not because you’re using the Pellon ? Thank you!

    • @PowerToolsWithThread
      @PowerToolsWithThread  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I wouldn't use the sticky hoop. You don't want any stabilizer showing on the back when it's finished. A sticky hoop is great when a backing will cover any sticky stabilizer left in the project.
