      set your pace, you don't need to be at the same speed as her, also start with only 2 workouts but do it every other day, your body gradually will coach you when to add more workouts and when to set your pace faster. : )

    I love to see more bosu moves me and my friends like to do interval training at the gym and I need more ideas.I have a step at home and most moves,are similair I just need to learn how to work with the bosu more.The balancing is defenitly a challenge :-)

      Honestly have no idea - I'm not a calorie counter! And it really depends on so many factors. :)

    I keep coming back to this because I'm a glutton for punishment. My body was spent at the 40 sec mark, but kept pushing. I went into intense mode by the 20 sec sets. WOW. Thanks

    the first set is 6 minutes alone. That's a challenging/decent workout/warm up by itself if you're pressed for time.

    This is a fantastic workout. Unfortunately, I fell off my BOSU ball half way through the first exercise and landed on the floor. I had to turn it off and do a different workout.

    Any reason you change order on third round? (First two you go plank jacks to squat overs then swap next round to plank jacks to crunches...) mel

      No reason - prob just a mistake - it happens! :) It really doesn't matter the order.

    I liked this a lot, but I really think you need to buffer 5 sec in between exercises. It is physically impossible to start on time for each round without it.

    REALLY DIFFICULT BUT AWESOME WORKOUT. I WOULD BE REALLY NICE IF YOU COULD ADD THE CALORIE COUNT TO YOUR WORKOUTS.

      Calorie count will be very dependent on weight of the person and intensity of the workout. Never accurate no matter what others say. These workouts produce results mostly because of the increase in metabolism after the workout is finished. This will vary from person to person but that is really the significant calorie burn. Hope that helps!
