So I just went to Tao’s channel and saw an apology video. At first, I thought it was great that he knows he’s wrong. BUT HOLY SHIT that video is arguably worse than the whole 46 minutes video of him yapping. Here’s a recap of that video (even though it’s just 3 minutes long) and my opinion on his apology:
- He mentioned a “boss in gacha content creator”, which I assume is Tectone, clapped him hard.
- He said that he’s not going to say anything about what Tectone because he (quote on quote) “doesn’t give a shit”.
- He said sorry (well of course, it’s an apology video, it’d be crazy if he didn’t tho)
- He CLAIMED that the whole 46 minutes-long vid was to get HexJuice’s attention because he wants her Vtuber model to be “oiled up”. (that lasted for like half of the video)
- He said that if HexJuice send him a picture or anything of her model “oiled up”, he would take down the last video
- He said that he was once in a call with Tectone and asked Tectone to buy him a Yelan’s figure and that he wasn’t joking. He is downbad for that figure.
Now, here’s what I think:
- He said he “doesn’t give a shit” about what Tectone (I assume) said, yet made a fucking 46 minutes video to what HexJuice said to him.
- In his defense, he claimed that the whole video was just for attention so he probably didn’t actually care about what HexJuice said
- But bro, you caused a drama, get clapped, and now you say that was just for her attention? Yeah right, it is definitely clear that that was your intention.
- Doing all of this to get her attention is weird as fuck, especially because you want her model to be more sexualized. Like, anyone with more than 2 braincells would know that no one would send you these kinds of stuff, given that you are not their sexual partner.
- So, you are threatening her, even though that video was wrong, you demanded her to send you the stuff talked above. Seriously, do you really think you are in position where you can say that? Deleting that video MUST BE the first thing you do after realizing you are wrong, not make another video and be saying this.

Making a smash(sex) tier list of people who are content creators you don’t even know with their actual real life identities or using their real life identities as a basis is really weird. No matter how you spin it, even as a joke. If you get to the point where you think that’s a good idea you need a reality check. You need to know what is fabricated on the Internet, what actually exists on the Internet for information storage and what’s going on beyond the Internet. There’s a human behind all performers. Remember that.
It’s been three months and this video still pisses me off, I don’t know how anyone could make it through that atrocity. If he has fans they’re just as bad as he is, nobody should be okay with this type of behavior, imo.
It is so indescribably inappropriate to make this type of tier list about actual real people. For characters in a video game I can sort of, maybe, understand, like at least they’re not real and don’t have feelings or relationships. Plus I’ve seen a short of one, and the person was taking personality into consideration. But it’s so incredibly demoralizing, to strip away all that someone is and see it only for how you can use it for your own goals. And on top of that all he does is insult a complete stranger, viewing her only as an object for adult relations while insulting her personality and her values, despite the fact that he’s never once spoken to her or gotten to know her. Hypocrite calls someone a hypocrite who is calling another person a hypocrite. Hypocriteception. Tectone does absolutely have a double standard where he will accuse another of being guilty of taking issue of others not seeing things how they see it, while trying to shove down how he sees things and thinks down everyone's throats. Like, please, no one does this more than Tectone himself so he has no room to talk about trying to strong arm people into taking up his opinions and perspective. It's even a slogan he pushes like some sort of parasocial guidance counselor. I do think it's off putting when others do it, sure, but that obviously is going to apply to Tectone too. It's genuinely an example of the pot calling the kettle black. So, that particular criticism is rather obtuse to say the least.
As for the Tectone glaze rant, to be fair, their criticism was primarily about the amount of time she talks about Tectone regardless of if it was for or against him. I also have to say it's, again, incredibly within the parasocial grab bag to frame people obsessively running defense for him as, 'defending a friend.' Tectone isn't most of these content creator's 'friend,' and he certainly isn't a friend to his followers. He doesn't even know 99.99...% of them. So, yeah, it is valid to at times to call obsessive defense brigading of Tectone glazing and the like because that is what it is, and it isn't at all unique to just him. Plenty of parasocial obsessed 'fans' do this behavior for various content creators or celebrities and it is more than worthy of criticizing in most settings. It's honestly weird to me how Tectone wants to tap into this for some sort of perceived benefit in regard to internet clout.
