    You are an awesome doctor, so many need this information. Too many taking addicted pills to sleep, when they need to change sleeping positions, mattresses and pillows!

    I’m pregnant and side sleeping is painful. My leg falls asleep, my hip hurts, and my shoulder is smushed. I need to find the right topper.

    Absolutely great video! Getting the right mattress can be quite difficult! I have broad shoulder and I ve been struggling find the right one, this video clarifies a lot!

    I experience numbness on my arms, shoulders, back, rear and legs on whichever side I lay on. With my current 8 inch foam mattress I just sink almost down to the wooden base. Any area of my body I lay on with any pressure goes partly numb from sinking into the mattress.
    What kind of spring or hybrid mattress offers the best support to prevent sinking too far, but is still soft enough to not add more pressure causing numbness?
    What other suggestions do you have for finding a mattress supportive enough but not too firm?

      Anything with a significant layer of Memory Foam on the topper. It's the best for pressure relief. But just be aware that memory foam can be warm in summer.

      @@BodyFixExercises I bought memory foam toppers and made holes and was worse, my bed is 30 year's old and have rhomboid pain and lower back pain. The rhomboid pain is only when I go to bed and lay on my back it hurts almost enough to scream
