- The hanbok manufacturing factory in the video is run by a father and his two daughters. Located in Busan, Korea, it is a place where craftsmen specializing in hanbok with more than 30 years of experience are gathered. Also, 'Hanbok' is Korea's unique traditional dress. Chinese 'Hanfu' has nothing to do with this clothing.

This was TOTALLY AMAZING!! I was so impressed at the first part with his sewing the garment together and then the additional print work!! But when you showed the lady doing the free motion embroidery, well it almost took my breath! Beautiful garment! So talented workers to make this stunning top, to call it a top just doesn't seem to do it justice. Hope to see more like this. Thank you for sharing your talent.

Absolutely stunning artistry and craftsmanship. The only thing I’ve ever tried out of all the elements shown here is the machine embroidery. What she did was a master class and absolute perfection.
I never get tired of watching skilled people at work. I always thought the white collar would be detachable for washing 😄. Beautiful workmanship.

어릴때 예쁜 한복입고 명절때 친구들과 어울려 놀던 생각도 나고 금박 은박 무늬보며 이런걸 어떻게 했을까 궁금하고 대단하단 생각이 들었죠 요즘 한복입는 사람이 줄어들어 안타까웠는데 이렇게 수고 하시는 분들이 계셔서 그나마 다행입니다 항상 건강하시고 행복하시길 바랍니다

I was having palpitations over your Juki single stitch until I saw your silver leaf technique. You are a master! I have seen leaf done many ways but never with such skill and so little mess. Very impressive. Your embroiderer is skilled but I’m glad she’s doing that job and not me. Love the gown - I hope it’s a wedding gown because it can’t be cleaned. A curved lampshade needle would make that hand stitching much faster and I would have finished the salvages. All in - impressive. I can’t help wondering if your stabilizing technique for salvages would work on a heavier fabric. I’ll give it a try.

if you see the emblem on the chest has floral motives and this type of dangui is meant to be worn by Gongju (Princess from the primary of the king or Queen Consort of Joseon) while Ongju (Princess from Royal Consort) wear dangui without emblem on chest and shoulder.
I reckon he’s done that once or twice before!
