I love how S&M is still getting it done in the US. Still helping out riders. STILL keep that same attitude. You ride a S&M, you're that much of a better human to me.
My goodness boys. Love what you do! 4 operations on a bottom bracket can be turned into a single operation with a lathe that has live tooling a sub spindle and a bar feeder. Seriously considering looking into upgrading. A mill turn Lathe would be a game changer. Bar stock to complete part spit out onto a conveyor running un attended. 160k installed. The CNC world has progressed so much in the last 10-15 years.
Been waiting for this! The teases about a US Made Metal Eagle got me here as soon as I had the time! The Doyle MOD is gunna be unreal too! I got my CCR for Xmas but my best mate has been holding off getting a new Frame for FAR too long!! He was eyeing up the new Red MOD & now I can show him the Doyle option AND a new Metal Eagle! He'll be hyped on the stickers I'm sure! Time to start nagging & bombarding with videos & photos XD
I love how shipping manager DROID knows more about products and measurements than NASTY.... Cory probably doesn't even know what size axle dropouts are on his frame.... Maybe a Smidge?
This is one of the best Factory Friday's yet. Please continue to show more of the manufacturing process in detail!!! Thanks guys!

This is sick! Love seeing the workers and the process behind Made In America bicycles.
Love seeing the machines in action, thank you to The Building and all the folks keeping it running. Legends!
Can’t wait to see that new metal eagle frame drop

I’m just gonna come right out and say it. Rod is a handsome man.
I think factory fridays are cool hell love to see the skill of people building quality parts. You guys should try to have a rider tour the shop
i love seeing the minutia that most people never think about. BB's have come a long way from just being hollow tubes with no inner machining.
Psyched to see Nasty in the vid 🤘🏼

Do you need any quality engineers.
