Excellent video brother. A lot of Indians and others are being misled about migrating to Canada. India is booming economically,technologically,educationally and socially. The quality of life in India is rising to high standards whereas in Canada you have to work like a dog and still be left with no savings. I think your great video might help people especially young Indians to think very very carefully before committing to migrate only to regret later. (2) Forever long waitlist for essential tasks such as enrolling kids into Daycares centers and finding a Family doctor. (3) Concept of Min. wage, even for menial labour, instead of relying on market economics for the same (4) Use of protectionist policies and discouraging entry of foreign talent thru schemes like LMIA, which end up getting massively abused for PR purposes, besides basically coercing employers to settle for less worthy candidates rather than look for best fit for the role.

I agree with you paji but if we compare with India few of the problems can relate with here as well.. Tax rate in India is also 30% if you earn more than 12 LPA.. If you work in a service based company.. you will not get more than 5% increment in India as well Nowadays, buying a house in India is also not easy.. We all know how government health care in India is.. and private health is indeed very costly here as well.. I think any working professional in India can understand these things..
India offers so many rebates too such as investing in govt saving schemes and also gives rebates on home loans plus no taxes upto 3 lakh income but here no one is spared
Exactly. Everyone does subjective comparisons and including their own biases. In reality, India isn't far off than Canada. Moreover, they're a lot of pros that shadow such cons attracting everyone to Canada from India. If things were so bad then, everyone would have moved back after clearing their debts but no one does.

One can invest in numerous schemes but that also has a limit.. Sad thing in India is.. a taxpayer pays the tax and does not get anything in return.. business people are smart.. they can save from ample of things.. poor people don't pay any tax and in addition they get all kind of government benefits because they are "poor".. what about a salaried professional who still falls in 30% slab even after rebates?? incorrect. this depends entirely on the company, your position, and benefits. I have 5 weeks vacation and I have been in this role (senior management) for only two years now. They will also allow it to be taken together if I plan for it well in advance so there is proper coverage.

Is it compulsory to buy full comprehensive car insurance? Can’t we just buy act only or 3rd party insurance as in India ?

Exactly. Everyone does subjective comparisons and including their own biases. In reality, India isn't far off than Canada. Moreover, they're a lot of pros that shadow such cons attracting everyone to Canada from India. If things were so bad then, everyone would have moved back after clearing their debts but no one does.
@@ririraman7 in my opinion, it is good, everyone should pay the tax, no one should be spared.. also rebates does not do any good to you if you are a salaried professional with a lavish salary..
One can invest in numerous schemes but that also has a limit..
Sad thing in India is.. a taxpayer pays the tax and does not get anything in return.. business people are smart.. they can save from ample of things.. poor people don't pay any tax and in addition they get all kind of government benefits because they are "poor".. what about a salaried professional who still falls in 30% slab even after rebates??

incorrect. this depends entirely on the company, your position, and benefits. I have 5 weeks vacation and I have been in this role (senior management) for only two years now. They will also allow it to be taken together if I plan for it well in advance so there is proper coverage.

Very informative , educative and insightful video. Canada is like a mirage for many Indians particularly Punjabis. But when they face the harsh realities., their dreams get shattered.
