Join us in Frogtown CA for our first Renaissance Faire of the season. It's a smaller one with more who dress casually but still fun and full of music and activities! It's a great way to warm up before the larger faires later in the year. Last year we got rained out so it was nice that the weather was mild.

Haha is so hard not to spend all your money. The self control I’ve had to show is unreal 😂 somehow recording the things I want but can’t get helps a little. I get to appreciate it without taking it home.

I need to get my butt to more faires this year, my husband also loves all the mideval fun fantasy nonsense but its so hard to go in midwest summer when its 95+ outside lol! Ive been dreaming of going to the Colorado one for years, maybe someday! Setting my sights on Michigan or wisconsin this year! 😊

Looks fantastic. My first fantasy event of the year is in a few days at Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire, UK. Scotch eggs are a popular snack here but I'm honestly not fussed and would have preferred the pie. I'm going to wear some pieces I thrifted and already own for the event

I had no clue this event existed. I found an event called California Celtic fest coming up in June but it’s the first one ever. The bands are actually good too but it’s $35 for two days ! Like sounds too good to be true. We need swell to go check it out

what timing-i literally went to the ren faire this morning! bought myself a bracelet and some oracle cards, watched the joust for the first time, and managed to avoid the overpriced food and drink LOL. even by myself, it was a grand old time 😊
I'm so excited for faire season, and this just added to it. I'm mostly hyped because a new faire is opening in my state this September, so we'll have two different ones for me to go to locally. I'm also trying to set up a trip with some friends to see another friend on the east coast and visit the Maryland ren fest for the first time, so I desperately hope that works out. I have so much outfit planning to do!

I did know about it & wanted to go but it was kind of far to do in a day (for me) Don't have the budget for hotels & dogsitters right now

sadly no ren faires where i live, there is a fairy festival it isnt as big but there is alot of good toadstool things there and witchy and loads of fairy stuff
