The problem here is that part of the fun with Assassin Creed games has always been being able to experience an historical era and events. They dropped the ball with this because Oda Nobunada Yasuke's boss wasn't the most impactful figure in the era that they chose. They could of chosen to do William Adams, he influenced, gained trust and helped with the establishment of the most legendary Shoganate in Japanese history, The Tokugawa Shoganate dynasty led by the legendary Shogun ieyasu Tokugawa, for those interested the Shogun series on Hulu is based on these two with the names changed. With the prices that they will charge for this game, not going with the a top epic historical event is going to hurt. I rather play the game you were describing it sounds way more fun 😂
You bring up great Sal points. I love history, but apparently this company wants to rewrite it so silly why not be original and be creative it doesn’t take that much look I just pitched an idea that you loved. Thanks for comment and support.
Shogun has done cultural diversity right. The shogun mini series. Interesting show. And the Japanese cast was spot on slant. And so did the european cast.
i love that show, need to finish it.
The Japanese embrace and respect Chicano culture. My father was into lowriders and he spoke fondly of Japanese.
Hell yeah!
Growing up in Southern California, I always hung out with everyone, anyone. We never talked about race. It was the 1980s!
I never saw a Chola unless it was on TV. As a joke, my family do our best Chola voice and say, "what's up, fool?" and "I know, rite?" It's all in fun.
I'm not Latina enough, my Spanish is doubtful, but my grandparents came here in the 1910s, and were migrant workers. They didn't speak English, I didn't speak Spanish, but such hard workers.
At 2:01, Xray's girl Halloween costume. lol
I love your story! I know rite…?
Just Americans with a different accent, language, and raising standards. It doesn’t mean you forget your roots.
@@elperrodelautumo7511 everyone has a story!
Chicano/Americana culture in Japan has kicked out some amazing culture, the history is an odd post war artefact. Post war a lot of Americans where based in Japan, they spread a lot of culture music/fashion & some Americans also settled down and had family's.
You can see the respect to the culture in the dedication to the detail, it's not a fly by night fashion but over 40 years of dedication & culture growing.
The Jeans made in Japan also show the dedication, to perfectly reproduce the classic Jeans they imported the hardware that made the classic Jeans.
It's also mostly been a fringe/ALT culture, not a main stream cash cow. It's people with dedication, you have to be motivated to not be normal.
It's a interesting subject that's worth looking in to, cultural offshoots that split and evolved in a different way pre internet.
Yes, passion and dedication, love it!

Vatos Locos forever!!!! 😎
Now say that in Japanese!
Definitely appreciation. American cowboy culture is appropriation, as not enough people know the real origins (horses and clothing). Even the Indians learned from the Latinos/Spanish folk. The difference between appropriation and appreciation is credit and love...some money occasionally don't hurt either. I am sure those Japanese people would prefer authentic Chicano gear...so get making and selling folks.
Yep. Fun fact, did you Latinamerica has the highest number of Japanese people
And they would appreciate my game! Haha!
Your video game pitch. As long as it takes place in a Fictional world with a mixture of Japanese Culture and Chicano culture. Sure, I'll take it. If not, I'll see. Also you just earned yourself a demand from gamers to play videos games.
My game idea is way better!
@@LatinoSlant I know. But still it were to take place in a Fictional world with a mixture of Japanese and Chicano world. Sure I'll take it.
if there is multple bigote customization I would play your game
I'll make you an consultant!
@@LatinoSlant cool si I could somehow manage to include croissants in the gameplay 🤣
@@redfrenchmoon2405 hey have a cholo eat one with salsa!
People need to grow the up. It's a video game. Literally nothing about it is real.
Boyle heights isn't very far from the airport. i think they can make it.
Boyle Heights for the win!
yeah so it will be chill when they make a game about say, Simon Bolivar and make him a palestinian nonbinary LGBTQ activist with a shaved head and ear gauges. or even better, the broccolli zoomer hairstyle. there we go. that will be lit.
sounds dope fam, i'd buy it, right y'all? fire.
@@ianswift3521 Deep Space 9 is my favorite tv show. Current Star Trek is terrible so I don't watch the new stuff. I'll rewatch the old stuff. It's tv, movies, and video games. It's not that serious.
It's doesn't matter. What matters is that if people want respect and accuracy towards history and culture. What Ubisoft disrespected Japanese Culture and Japanese History.
